Customer Service was great today 5/17/25. The cashier was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The stores are always well stocked, clean and organized. Yes, you get what you pay for, but there are different levels of tools and equipment to choose from to fit every budget. So whether you're a DIY Weekend Warrior or budget minded handyman. Harbor Freight will fit your needs.

6/22/24 I am a customer of this store I live half a mile away today I walked into the store and the female employee gennessa did not leave me until I left. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave.

Harbor freight is an awesome store for value and inexpensive tools. This particular store is much smaller in size . Thus the lanes are tighter and the store is crammed with stuff. Not a bad thing if you want to get in and out. I think they don’t have as many of the larger items that you can find in the bigger stores like the one in Whittier or Brea. But they have most of the tools and everything you need to keep you going such as bits and consumable items such as grinding wheels etc. The people here are nicer and more helpful. But this place gets busy on the weekends. For the south Orange County area, I don’t believe there is not any other Harbor Freight store close by so this store does get busy.

It's unfortunate that the supervisor for harbor freight tools wouldn't accommodate a coupon that was one day late. If I were a manager I would have honored the coupon and made the sale for the company. I will no longer shop at this location. Spend thousands here annually. Used to.
