The slowest service. I've lived in this area for eleven years. This is the closest store to me. I've never seen slower home goods checkout service than this store, and I shop at home goods a lot.

Just like from the show Sex and the City, "Absolutely ****loutely"!! I love this place. You never know what you're going to find but you know it's going to be good. Going in with an open mind helps a lot. There is so much to chose from and the prices are great for the quality.

There are a lot of HomeGoods around the LA/OC area. And, this is another one of them. This HomeGoods is design pretty much like all of the others. It is a large store that offers all of those kind of things that you either know that you want, come here to find, or that unique something that you never knew you needed. It's a great place to come in and shop knowing that you will be able to find that high-quality something. This business is located in a large shopping plaza, so there's tons of parking. The problem is, as it is a large shopping complex, sometimes you can't park all that close to the store. Meaning, if you buy something large, you really must keep that in mind understanding that you may have to carry it some distance. Overall, as is the case with all HomeGoods stores, the staff here is always nice and happy to help. Good shop to buy that unique/quality item that HomeGoods is known for offering

I moved from AZ recently and I had an item to return but didn't have the receipt but had the tag attached to the item. Katherine T. was so sweet to accept the return. I told her I would write a review for her and told her manager how great she was. I am loving the service and will continue to shop here because of her. Thank you for so much. Sometimes small things can make someone happy.

I just found amazing bar stools here. They have a great selection. The bar stools are very good quality and their representative was quite helpful too!

One of the most fun spots to visit when doing home shopping! you will never fun out of fun, unique, and stylish options here. There so many items to choose from for every home palette. Honestly sometimes it's a little too tempting to to visit bc you leave with more than you need. Each visit is full of surprises as you hunt for the perfect item to fit that spot in your home. Great for finding gifts as well! Items go fast and often aren't replaced so grab it when you see it and check around other locations for more unique items!

Easy parking, cash register line moves like anywhere else. Staff are ok. I basically get European gourmet products there at lower prices. They all have been very good. Bought some Fall decor, but selection was very limited and nothing special.

It never fails and I'm not sure why I continue to go in there, but every time I do, I wait FOREVER in line. It doesn't matter how many people pile up in the line and how long we have waited, they just don't care. One person on the register and returning a ton of stuff from a customer that bought on several credit cards. Waited for 10 Minutes with no progress and multiple other employees in the store that could have helped.

Very good HomeGoods with very different selection of products then the one in Aliso Viejo location. I guess every location is a bit different. I like this location better then the rest of them in OC.

I am so sad that I can only rate the level of amazing customer service I received today from Patrick 5 stars. I wish I could rate him at 10, 100 or a million. As a wedding designer, I stumbled into the store a few years ago and from that trip until now, every single experience I have had has been amazing. The staff at this store is so special and dear to my heart, so much so that even though I no longer reside in lake forest, I still make the 30 minute commute to come here. So thank you Patrick! For making some of my gloomiest days sunny again and being amazing and professional at what you do. So much love for the people at this store !

Love a visit to HomeGoods always - this store is pretty good at separating your money from your wallet lol! My first go to place for decorative or needed things, like garden or kitchen, bathroom, etc. The store has most isles labeled so things are good to find. It's also packed with things where you have to use your imagination and creativity.
