Chris totally rocked it on April 30th! Despite being busy, he stayed cool as a cucumber and managed to help everyone, including me, with getting a new phone. His ability to multitask and greet everyone with a smile was super impressive. Huge thanks to Chris for the awesome service.

Juan has helped to resolve my issues at least 3 times in the last 3 months. He showed me how to set up service in European countries; he was able to explain and fix some technical problems that I had with my SIM card; and he was able to determine why I wasn't able to send texts with attachments.He's always done a great job for me and has been very friendly and patient.I appreciate his great service.

If I could give them zero I would definitely give it to them. It is better to call customer service than to waste your time. It is all wrong from the beginning. I am trying to teach the worker that a phone does not need to be a subway phone for it to work if the phone is unlocked for any company they wanted to forcefully sell me a device.
2) I told them that I had lost my chip since I have 5 lines but one of them had a squint, of course I needed a new chip and that I wanted to change my number to a number that I had with another company okay, they just told me that they could activate me with a new card but they couldn't pull my number.
The joke is that I only wasted my time in the store and after 2 hours in customer service because they didn't know how to do the job, they connected the line to an iPhone device and the phone that I had was a note only eye, they started making charges and I had What a deputy because it wasn't fair because the metro people aren't trained so not even the manager who was there was there but didn't help at all.
Of course, to charge 35 dollars for pure activation, if it is better to call, they charge you 25 or online it is free, they never gave me that option, so pay attention, don't think that you have to make a mistake. I have a new device and there is this name of the manager who She was rude and unprofessional at all.

The manager was rude and did not help me, was trying to charge me $35 just to put a SIM Card into a new phone that was perfectly working. These TPR stores need to stop hiring individuals who have no desire to help a paying customer for a simple task that takes 30 seconds. He'd rather give me the run around and say he can only help if I paid him $35

I think this location is the worst metro pcs in Orange County because they have the worst reviews. And are about to get another bad review.For me they were rude, aggressive and dismissive of a very simple fix. I was even told by 1800 metro to file a complaint.I then went to metro pcs of 14108 red hill. They fixed the problem in 15min. I suggest that location instead for your problems

The young man who works there earns on commission, so he tries to confuse you into getting an expensive plan, and when you tell him that there is a cheaper option on the website, he lies to you and tells you no because of his knowledge, until you insist several times. Sometimes he already pays attention... zero honesty; He wants to confuse people. Do it online if you want to avoid the activation fee...
I asked for a printed copy of my charges, and he didn't want to give it to me, giving excuses that it couldn't be printed... but I insisted and told him I wanted to see the screen to show him how to do it... and I already got it. Unfit Nomas does not want clients to have evidence of their thefts. I made an official complaint with Corp. And they told me that they have already had several complaints about this location.
Better do it online and by phone, to avoid service/activation charges.
