They have NO idea how to do balloons ! I’m not sure if they are not trained or they don’t have the right equipment ! Their balloons last only a few hrs ! DO NOT waste your money and yr time !

Michael’s as a corporation and company is nosediving, but at least the employees here are great, earnest people just trying to help artists and crafters create.

This is a nice Michael's. Clean and well stocked. Not ever too busy. Plenty of parking and friendly service!

The best location, in my opinion.Spacious parking lot, not so many cars, people seem to notice each other so it feels safe in this area. Definitely won't go to any other locations.

We came to this location because the one near our house was closed and out of business... Pretty sure this one in closing soon... the shelves are pretty sparse and the store is a complete mess. It just has the vibe of a business that's about to go under . The employees don't seem too happy...

By far the worse costumer service. Not sure how this place is still around. The cashier was friendly but the manager and her co worker had bad attitudes. Last time we shop at this store.
