Let me start off by saying that before we transferred over to Mobility Professionals, we had been fighting over 1 year with a previous supply company trying to get my dad his power wheel chair. Since the first call I made to Mobility Professionals, it was an immediate change. Unfortunately for them, they had to deal with the mess we were left with, pick up and go. Ivette was the first person I dealt with and she immediately took my prescription and began to move forward. I then started to communicate with Jennifer, and she was just phenomenal. Jennifer made sure she communicated with me every step of the way. When the paperwork was held back in the hospital, she helped me by calling them and making sure paperwork was moving forward. My concerns, became her concerns and was just a great lead throughout the process. Though our case was a mess since the beginning, she sorted out through everything and just made the process a breeze. I can't recommend Mobility Professionals enough, they truly exceeded my expectations, it was easy, personalized and empathetic. Thank you for a great experience!

Mobility Pros just supplied me with my second power chair spanning a seven year period. I've been very pleased throughout with their customer service from ordering, to delivery, on-going service and maintenence. I would not have gone with Mobility for my replacement chair if I hadn't been satisfied with their service on my first chair.The staff is very friendly and responsive, always making sure any issues I have with my chairs are dealt with. They are very adept at working with Medicare, as well as most private insurance carriers, to ensure that I get the most coverage for which I am eligible.I also need to recognize their hard working service Techs. Even though they are all very busy, when they come they let me know they're going to solve my issues, and they do because of their competence. If any issue arises that requires they take my chair back to their repair facility, they have always been able to give me a loaner chair in the meanwhile.I whole heartily give Mobility Professionals a 5 star rating

I needed service on my inoperable power chair. I'm quadriplegic and noted that I am immobile without this chair. Despite this, they took my info and said they would call back in 2 or 3 days!

I'm having a huge issue with this company being that the wheelchair has cut me up I have stage for a wounds now the chair was never fit properly for me in the first place but charge my insurance $22,000 I was told that my wheelchair would have some repairs done to it so that I can get around and go to the wound care doctor because it's life or death I've been in the bed for 3 weeks not able to get around they gave me a loaner chair that is very dangerous and my foot drags on the ground so I would cut it if I were to use the chair also it came without a cushion I'm very upset that companies get away with things like this not only that but there were things that were supposed to be done 2 years ago that still haven't been done no one deserves this type of treatment I mean 22,000 is a lot of money that could be a down payment on a house but yet here we are dying because of a wheelchair that wasn't made properly I have stage 4 wounds on my feet in my backside in the back of my legs and I'm wrapped up like a mummy

I have an F5 stand up wheelchair with many moving parts, I've use mobility professionals in the past, so it was a no-brainer to call on their services again. Scheduled an appointment with Monica, I called on a Tuesday and had an appointment for the following Monday,Ray was our technician, I cannot say enough about this young man, he was personable, professional and an absolute joy to work with, he went above and beyond our expectations.

They were able to get me an appointment very quickly. They helped fix my daughter's shower chair when the wheel kept falling off. Very friendly. Highly recommend them.

Find a different provider. I started the process to get a power wheelchair through Medicare from Mobility Professionals in Oct 2019. Stan came and took all the relevant measurements and we specked out a chair that would work perfectly for me. Stan was great. I finally got approval in Mar 2020 and the chair was delivered in April. The chair had virtually no resemblance to what I ordered. I contacted them and instead of trying to make things right they started making up bizarre Medicare rules to justify changing the order. The Jazzy chair is a chassis with all the complicated bits and a seat that bolts onto the top of the chassis. I thought to make life simple I would just buy the seat I wanted. They tried to charge me the same price for just the seat that Medicare was paying for the entire chair chassis and seat. By this point I had enough and just told them to take back the chair and forget the whole thing. They tried to refuse to take the chair back. They changed the order without consulting me then lied to cover their action and tried to rip me off in the process. I finally had to get Medicare involved to get them to take the chair back.

MoPros goes above and beyond. I had to get my first wheelchair sight unseen as I was injured in Vancouver, Canada. They made sure I was taken care of, got the chair to my brother, who flew it up and brought me down in it. Since then, for the past two years, they have treated me like family and it's always a pleasure to go into the office or have one of their techs come out to my home. In fact, when my health plan changed this year, I made sure that MoPros was a covered provider so that I can continue to have them take care of me.

I have been using the services of Mobility Professionals for many years. They fit me for my custom wheelchair, provide my monthly durable medical supplies& are there for me when I need them. As a wheelchair user due to an SCI it is very important to work with professionals! The people who work there are extremely knowledgeable with many years of experiences. Over the years I have worked with many different companies but these individuals at Mobility Pros are the best. I highly recommend this company and all the people there!
