Order #88839154 placed for creatine and other suplements. one of the creatine bag tasted like soap and had no effect on strength increase..ordered a new NVS creatine 2.2lbs from Ebay and instantly felt strength increase. I wish I could return that soapy 2.2lbs bag which I received with order #88839154.

I’ve found some of their products like PEA and Hordenine to be of higher quality than other vendors. Their shipping tends to be slow compared to a typical Amazon experience as orders can remain unfulfilled for a day or more before shipping/tracking begins.Packages are all professionally sealed in my experience, vac sealed ziplock style which must be cut open.

Ordered pre-workout. Was going just fine until shipping. Shipping label was created then stand still emailed them once. They came back we will look into it. Another week emailed again this time nothing. Waited another couple days, then called oh your package was just returned it’ll ship out today you’ll get a new email with details. Shocker no email another week goes by I call again and oh it’ll be there in 3 days. Finally comes in after nearly a month and a half. Can’t speak for their products cause my pre-workout is sold in a lot of supplement places but as far as their service just plain awful. No communication no help just kinda left you to dry. Only reason I’m giving a 2 is because I didn’t get their actual product. Wanted to try it too but I’m not waiting a month and a half again.

Products arrived half open and pouring out of the box. When prompted company for refund they refused and only offered store credit even if package was returned.Had bad reaction to d aspartic acid which caused hives for over two months. There is something wrong with their products.

First and for-most there is nothing stated that each product is third party tested for each batch to prove quality and purity. The companies dba Naturecom Inc. is actually the same company using the same facility has had a voluntary recall on a product by the FDA. Also in December of 2016 the FDA said there was serious violations of the Federal food,drug and cosmetic ACT and applicable FDA regulations.When you ask Vincent Tian about third party testing all he says is it’s fda tested which we all know does not mean each batch is tested for purity. I prefer to buy supplements from a CEO who looks like they actually work out and try there own product. I spoke to the manager aka CEO/Founder Vincent Tian and he kept arguing with me about the product. Look him up hmm one would ask does he belong in the supplement industry photos don’t lie. I have never had to deal with such bad customer service.Instead of just saying let’s fix this he kept arguing and insisting the product was as stated.He then later said he does not even try his own supplements and has no idea himself what the products taste like.He only knows based on customer reviews. I won’t do business with them again because of poor customer service and the product is not what is stated in the photo.They also do not actually give the amount stated on the bag.Weigh it for yourself.The taste was beyond awful although it states that it is odorless and tasteless.I was told they did not have the product in the packaging that is shown on the website.I received a bag that did not seal up.

If you return something opened even if there is more than 80% of the package contents there as stated in there return policy the will destroy your return and issues not even 50% credit for your order. If your ordering there phenibut look elsewhere as well....

Vincent contacted us, saying he wanted to exchange the product, but we have not received the RMA nor instruction for the return.------We ordered the product Glotathione L. We received the product and sent it to the Laboratory to be analysed against USP. Three tests (Assay, Impurities, Loss on drying) didn't match the certificate of analysis supplied with the product, and were out of the USP specs. The product was rejected. We tried to reach the supplier via email and over the phone many times, they answered once asking for the Lab results, which were sent to them, but never got back to us with a solution to resolve the problem. This is an expensive product, cost a large amount of money for transport, customs broker, laboratory analysis, and it seems we will loose it all. I would never purchase anything from this supplier again.

I ordered the Grass Fed Whey Protein along with two other products. When I opened the box I noticed the Whey had a small hole in the bag. I notified Nutrivitashop, (specifically Vincent who I’ve talked with before). Within 24 hours they were shipping another bag which I rececied within two days. This is just one example of the outstanding customer service I have received in the several years dealing with them. They strive for excellence and it shows.Thanks again for all your help,SGT.
