This is a highly recommended bank; I have held an account with them for 13 years and have never had a single problem. They are always very helpful and courteous. I got my 3rd car financed by James Heritage @ OCCU Lake Forest. All communication done online via email, James was able to get most competitive rates in friendly/professional manner. I will be visiting him for my 4th vehicle soon and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks James
