Do not go here! They are extremely rude to customers. They will take people who come in after you and push you aside if they don’t want to handle your package. They will roll their eyes and get angry if you have more than one package. They charge $7 more than the post office to send out the same package which is higher than any other place around. They don’t read the packages properly. Horrible service. We will never go back there. The lady behind us actually cried at their behavior towards her and her one package. Come on do better. BBB has been contacted.

All the ratings for these guys are family and friends. Terrible customer service. They treated me like garbage and basically refused to help me because it was just a FedEx drop off. Would have loved to give them more business. That won’t be happening. I do not recommend this location.

The oldest, printing, notary, postal and parcel service on El Toro Road, a very approachable location. The Owner is very friendly and his customer service vision reflects in his staff's behavior, always friendly and suggestive. I have seen many other customers having the same good vibe with their service.

ever since i moved to Lake forest and started selling products online i've gone to the awesome owner Zahid's PostalAnnex store.... and i'm that annoying customer that comes at 5:57pm and forgets to bring tape and change and needs to email him the label last minute.... yet none the less he's always patient kind and helpful. thanks Zahid, ownership makes or breaks an establishment - it's the warm and welcoming energy your store has that keeps me coming back. appreciate you!

Wow the fax papers here are $1.25 cheaper than The place I was going to go to. Before I remembered about this place. Ben is very nice, Personable and professional.

I find that I was misled on the site. The packages were actually delivered the same day that I left them at the Annex. Upon further checking the packages where handled and delivered as promised within 24 hours. So sorry for the mixup
