Ralphs is a convenient grocery store open until 1am, with self-checkout available late. It is a smaller location compared to others, so some products may not be available, but shoppers usually find everything they want. The store often carries hard-to-find limited edition items and runs good buy one get one deals. Blue tags offer discounts for buying three or more items, and there are buy five save five dollars deals. Using the Ralphs app is recommended for purple tag digital deals and easy savings through digital coupons. Customers can also earn and use fuel rewards points without extra effort and visit sale racks in the back for marked down items. The produce is always fresh, and the floral and produce sections are decorated weekly. While the meats for holiday meals are delicious, some prepackaged sides can be disappointing. The customer service is often amazing, pleasant, and helpful, with standout employees providing top service. Staff are frequently sweet and give bright hellos, even spoiling children. Communication for services like drive-up is clear, with helpful updates, and substitutions are on point. However, some experiences note disorganization, incorrect prices at checkout, and unfriendly staff. The self-checkout is often not efficient, with repeated errors and calls for help, which is a significant hiccup compared to other stores. Despite this, many customers return regularly for the convenience and specific items.
Nice clean store, great selection and high quality produce. High prices and almost always self check only. The self can get obstinate and run the conveyor belt backwards if it doesn't think the weight matches the item you purchased. Very weird! This store makes me miss human cashiers more than any other.

Store employees is not properly trained or knew they are able to accept cash deposit into online banks like Capital One. This happened twice, they did not have managers on the floor to assist or educate their employees.
