Still no dressing rooms even though most other places have opened theirs. STOP blaming Covid for the fact that you don't really want to help folks in need! No dressing rooms and no returns??!!! Are you kidding me??!! People can't just blow money and gas buying the things SA gets for free and then not be able to return it because they couldn't see if it fits in the first place??!!! What kind of business are they trying run?!! Ripping people off and blaming something that other businesses have put behind them. Don't waste your time and money! Boycott them!

Why the low rating? It's clean, reasonable and staff was friendly. The store was very organized. Although it was not sorted by size, it was by color and clothing type. I would definitely go back

They give you an 800 number and press 1 to call after 7:15AM to find out what time their donations pick up truck is coming that day and instead of working it hands up on you! TARDS! VERY poorly run organization if they advertise and tell you something like this and it doesn't work!

I actually can afford more stuff here than some of the other thrift stores! And their stuff goes fast like there's a good turnaround. And it shows that their prices are good and they got a wide variety of stuff. They give out coupons, the only thing that's a little off is some of the people driving in the parking lot, parking etc. The employees are very nice as well just to let you know, And it's very nicely organized/clean. They do a good job maintaining it.

I will donate else where. Not happy with the direction the Salvation Army is headed. There are better ways to help.

Most organized thrift store I've ever been too. Good selection for both men and women, furniture and more randomness. Highly recommend

Have only stopped in once since I'm usually checking out local Goodwills when I feel like thrifting, but figured since this location isn't far from me I should take a peek. I wasn't very impressed by the selection at this location so probably will continue to stick to Goodwill for the foreseeable future!

I've come here a couple of times over the past three years to donate items after spring cleaning. The donation area is to the side of the store during business hours. Note that there is a short stairway and there is not always someone there to help carry your stuff up the stairs. The other day I went inside the store with a thrift-store-loving friend and was immediately surprised. The store is immaculate and free of that thrift store smell. Everything is well organized and workers were around to assist if you were looking for something specific. There was lots of clothing and plenty of glassware. Lots of odds and ends too, from somewhat worn home furnishings and kitchen gadgets to DVDs and seasonal decorations. Prices were not always a bargain but keep in mind you're supporting a charity with a long history of helping people in desperate need in the community. Definitely worth a look if you are thrifting around.

No better or worse than other thrift stores as far as prices and products go. However, they are the only thrift in the area that STILL has no bathrooms for the customers, no dressing rooms and ALL sales are final. This is months after all other thrifts 'normalized' their stores. I think this is a huge sign of disrespect for their clients.

The staff is always nice. Obviously this election depends on what they get in that week. Usually very good merchandise.

I started donating here after I spoke with people whose lives had been transformed by the organization. I had no idea the type of work that they do in communities around the world. Friendly employees at this convenient location just be mindful that there are stairs where you drop off donations and there's not always someone there to help you unload (perhaps that'll change post-Covid).

This place is so tidy! It is very well organized and I was shocked by the good quality of the items. I can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the place neat. I went there to donate some shoes and clothing, and stopped by the shop to check out their goods. Found some good glassware and picture frames. Would definitely go back. Also +1 for LOTS of parking.

I just dropped off a bag of toys at this location. The donation site is outdoors. I dropped off my bag which was no problem but when I asked for a donation slip the guy rudely told me he wouldn't give one to me until I put a mask on. I told him I didn't realize that was a requirement considering we are outdoors, and now it's not mandated as it is June 15. He told me individual businesses can require it regardless. I put a mask on to get my slip and told him it's unfortunate that they will be losing business. I have been donating at this site for over 20 years and have never had a ride or negative interaction. Very disappointing.
