This Shell station is generally considered an ok gas station with a very convenient location at the corner of Trabuco Rd and Lake Forest Dr. Many customers find the station to be consistently clean, with notably nice and clean bathrooms that are a pleasant surprise. The card reader works reliably, which is appreciated. Some customers specifically like Shell gas, feeling their cars run well on it. However, exiting the station can be a little rough and challenging on busy days due to the intersection. A significant note is that the entrances and exits are steep, especially on Lake Forest Dr. This may NOT be the gas station for low sports cars or vehicles on lowering springs, as they can scrape. An SUV or normal higher car is mostly fine, though some standard sedans still have to exit at an angle. The entrance on Trabuco Rd might be a better option for lower vehicles. Some customers only use it for gas and have not visited the shop or tried the car wash, preferring self-service options.
The bathrooms were so nice and clean and smelled like my bathroom at home. And the cashier Ameeka was very nice!! I was really shocked when I walked in the bathroom because gas stations usually don’t have nice clean bathrooms. Good job Ameeka!!

For me the card reader works, I've been to gas stations where the credit card for some odd reason doesn't go through because it doesn't scan it properly. It's always clean here. For some reason I like Shell gas. My car seems to like it as well.

Went through the car wash at 540 am and the water smells very bad. Yall need to call a plumber.
