Haircut is fine but they had the TV playing something called “Kelley and Mark”, not sports. Sitting there getting my hair cut with that on was more painful then going to the dentist. I’ll never go here again.

Karri was a life saver. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond for me and my autistic son. He was being extremely difficult that day and instead of turning us away, she graciously did whatever she could including having him stand up by the door just so he could get a haircut and look good for school pictures the next day. I was blown away and beyond grateful. Thank you, Karri :)

Experience comes down to the person cutting your hair. And my experience with Amber was not pleasant. Used hot air on my face everytime to blow away hair. Didn’t ask if neckline needs to be square or rounded and made it rounded. The top looks a bit uneven after the cut but she said it looks better. I’m not one to discriminate people for ageism but some professions aren’t meant for some people after a certain age - it makes both parties unhappy. And for the cost it definitely wasn’t worth it!

A few days ago on a Saturday, I visited SportsClips for a haircut. After a 35-minute session, I left thoroughly impressed with the job Amber did on my hair. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was once again grateful for Amber's fantastic work. This experience took place at the SportsClips on Portola & Bake Parkway, next to Ralphs. Amber, you are truly an artist in in your line of work, and you've gained a customer for life. Thank you for boosting my self-confidence!

Took my son in to get a haircut after school and this place is wild! As my son was receiving a haircut, I overhead one of the workers yelling at another employee. Both my son and I were startled and very uncomfortable during the rest of our time there. None of the employees seemed to be happy while working. I asked the hair stylist who the employee was that was yelling and she mentioned it was the store manager. How shameful. Not a good feeling as a client and I was very upset that my son had to witness such behavior. I do not tolerate verbal abuse in the work place. Definitely will not be coming back here and I urge everyone to find a new spot, cause I will be.

Just moved back to OC, first haircut! Glenda and Farida took great care of me! Super fun staff to chat with and really fast efficient, super clean and great MVP experience. Told me about all the great products that would go good with my style. Sport Clips customer for life now!
