Cameron at the Copy Print section at Staples is amazing. He helps me whenever I need business cards and they are always done quickly.

This is by far the best Staples I've ever been to. Both Cameron and James in the Print Department gave me the best customer service I've ever had at any store. I received excellent customer service when I was dropping off my order, and excellent customer service when I picked up my order. Even though this isn't the closest Staples to my house, this will forever be my Staples of choice. It's worth driving the extra distance to be helped by such a friendly and competent staff.

Cameron in print services called me because my holiday card was coming out blurry and he wanted to give me options before he completed the job. I went to the store, he helped me with the card and then helped me apply the discount that wasn't working for me online. He went above what he had to do, and I got my cards earlier, and for a great price. I've had prints come out wonky at another Staples and no one has ever called me to check if that's what I wanted. I've always had a good experience at this store.

Today I received the worst service I have ever received from any branch of any Staples store anywhere. Jonathan was working the cash register at 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I did not see one other employee anywhere in the store. As I was checking out, I wanted to ask a question about the laser printer cartridges I was buying. Before I even got the question out of my mouth, he put his hands up in the air and said he knew nothing about anything. He was the only employee in the store, and he knew nothing. I asked if he could print and email my receipt and he couldn't do it. I asked him another question. He didn't know the answer. What is going on, Staples? I spent $445 and couldn't get the most basic of the questions answered by the only employee I saw in the store.

Office supplies aren't exactly the most exciting thing are they...this location has plenty of parking as it's in a big center with a home goods, Ralph's etc... They have mostly everything you need for an office on hand so that's nice. Employees are friendly but really they just stock shelves and run the cash registers..

This review is specifically for Maricela (if I spelled her name right). She was the most helpful, delightful, and considerate person I've ever dealt with at a store. She tried various ways to help me with my printing job and still dealt with the huge rush of customers that also came in between handling my print job. And with an awesome attitude the whole time! Great service making for a great experience. Recommending for employee of the month!!

I usually come here for some light duty printing for my office. Printing leadtime is always very good but the print quality is subpar. I feel like a decently priced home printer prints flyers, business cards better. It's not really the worst quality, but just ok. What gets me is this skinny kid working at the print shop. He has staring problem with this really odd stoic look. I arrived at the counter and he looked up and said "yes?" I pointed at the other customers to the side of me and told the kid that I think they were here before me. The guy just looks at me blankly as if I said something completely ridiculous. Complete silence with laser beam stare for good 5 seconds before his female coworker noticed the awkwardness and told me that these folks are waiting for something else. I didn't say anything about it but I was wondering if the kid has some sort of illness.

Just a warning, the printers are more expensive than the price listed on the shelf. The one I just bought was $30 more than the posted price. When I mentioned this to the cashier he just said that “they take a while to updated the prices in the printer area.” Seems like a bit of a scam to me.

I like to have my Auto Insurance Cards laminated. The young lady handled the job quickly and satisfactorily. Got in and got out fast. She was courteous and pleasant. Nuff said

I really like Staples because I'm not very techy and the people there are always so helpful. I don't have a printer so it's easy to do everything I need to do. The employees in the print area are exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially Cameron. I think he knows I don't know what I'm doing and it's so nice he doesn't make me feel dumb or old.

Had to get 3 reports that were about 180 pages each and was really worried about getting it done, but the service was so great from Henry and I got my reports even sooner than I had asked for! Definitely will be using Staples for all my printing needs from now on. Thank you, Henry!
