Today, I had another amazing haircut with Carmen. She is truly a great hairstylist and pays very close attention to what you want, and she continuously checks with you during the haircut. She is always welcoming, warm, and fun to chat with. The way she welcomes and talks to other guests also provides a warm environment to get your self care, without any hassle etc. I moved to OC 2.5 years ago and after trying multiple barbershops, I finally discovered her, and been going to her since, and recommended her to several friends. She also says her colleagues are great (but we keep staying with Carmen).

When I entered the store, an old woman greeted me and asked me what kind of hair I wanted. She told me exactly what I wanted. I asked her to leave the top of my hair and cut the sides by shorter. She only took the ends with the scissors and gave my hair a disproportionate shape. This was not what I wanted from her. She said that I wanted to cut off my sideburns. I said yes and directly. She cut my sideburns, they were not in the same proportion as my beard and they were not even equal to each other. After that, I asked if you could wash my hair. They said I didn't need it but they could do it by paying extra. I gave it to them and after the washing was done, they said okay, you're fine. Will you not dry my hair? I said and they said we don't normally do something like this. I mean what is that?Are they expecting me to leave the shop with wet hair? I left really dissatisfied. I don't recommend it to anyone. They didn't even do a job worth over 30 dollars.
