This T-Mobile is what I consider to be one of their most efficient and pleasant locations as it is usually busy due to the great customer service, no-pressure, and knowledgeable employees. We were helped by Maria and we were in - and - out within a few minutes. She was very kind and managed the flow of clients very well as there was a lot of people in the door! (Reminded me of what a phone launch looks like but the new iPhone launched like a year ago!) this is my go-to spot for any and all of my phone needs if they can't be done on the app or via customer service. Thank you El Toro team!

I had an issue and was sent to this store from another location. Korina the manager gave me exceptional customer service and resolved the problem I was having. Highly recommend this location!

This company is a virus. We had T-Mobile for 4 years and paid our bills on time with no issue. They decided to add a "free" line to our account that we never used and when we cancelled everything they did not cancel this "free and non-requested" line. They start charging us $40 per month for a line we never asked for and never used. We go thru a long series of phone calls and eventually we had to go into the store because no one on line can access your account info if you don't know your pin (I never knew my pin and I shouldn't need a pin now since I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. After much time on our part they finally refunded all the mistaken charges and told me they finally cancelled the "Free " line that we never wanted. I now, again, receive ANOTHER notice today saying I owe $40. I call in and, Guess what, no one can help me because I DON'T HAVE A PIN. they can't access my account to tell me why or if I owe them money. THEY WANT ME TO GO BACK INTO A STORE so I can waste the sales persons time to call into their useless call center and verify my identity. Why can't they take care of THEIR ERROR. I don't have the time in my day to play this game. My face is red and I am stomping angry. Get your act together T-Mobile.

This is about only one person in the El Toro store- DARREN. Poor old guy is obviously short on self esteem since he shamelessly bullies older women who are customers. I watched him with a nasty attitude towards two separate customers and then I tried to ask him something because TMobile has messed up my account (and given me credits for it). When I asked a question he mocked me and trying to give he said I had to get out. Yes, there’s more to it but this is the main idea. A T-Mobile store isn’t a dive bar , Darren. Your disgusting behavior isn’t customer service. I wouldn’t be surprised if Darren’s had a lot of run ins with the law. This type of low life doesn’t belong in customer service and if this is how little TMobile thinks of its customers they should be boycotted

Manager Tee has gave me the best experience I have had in T-Mobile. He is so kind and solved all of my many problems, he is super kind and patient and no matter how long it took to fix my problems he never complained and kept a smile on his face

Make sure there are no extra charges in your bill after you leave the store . Like extra protection plan for $18 per mo . T mobile cheats their customers by adding charges . If you miss it it will be on your billAnd the credit they say they will issue. And promised will never beCrooks are everywhere. T-Mobile trains the young kids to do just that , cheat the customer anyways they can especially the old ones like us over 65. Yrs old

Such a horrible experience going here. I have gone to this location two times to start a new plan and keep my phone number. Both times I was "helped" by the same guy, he was extremely rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say. He shut down any potential conversation by cutting me off, saying "We don't do that here, you need to call". So I left and called the t-mobile 611 number and the representative on the phone helped me out got me the new account and told me to go into the store to get my number transferred. So once I got my chip I went to the store to get it all set up and that same guy met me with the same rude message as before "we don't do that here". He shut me down ignored me and basically told me to leave. They made me feel like I was stupid for even going in. Very displeased with the employees at this store, you guys really should hire people who enjoy helping your customers.

Yvette helped my wife and I with two new iPhones 15 pro maxes. She was so knowledgeable and friendly!I also had help from Christian who was also very professional and friendly. There was never longer than a 5 minute wait.So far the service around town has been on par with Verizon and I was worried about that but the T-Mobile service has been great.Comfortable store to be in and again, if you’re not sure what to do about getting a new phone, just go see Yvette at T-Mobile. No more anxiety!

There was a bit of a wait but it was a Saturday afternoon. I needed to get a screen protector for my new iPhone. Anthony was terrific. Had to go back again Monday morning to return my old phone for trade in. Got Anthony again, terrific again.

On 8/21/2023 I went to this store and was greeted by Brianna in a way that immediately caught my attention. She was so attentive, listening, thoughtful, and beyond nice. She did everything she can to direct me to the right person. After Brianna assisted, I had the pleasure to be helped by Octavio B. I explained the situation and what was going on and he literally broke down every scenario, offered solutions, suggested ideas, and just completely won me over. There wasn't a moment where I didn't feel confident in his care for my phone and what I needed. I seriously cannot express how amazing this store was and especially their employees. Everyone was laughing, enjoying their day, helpful, listened, explain thoroughly what was going to happen and I mean just went above and beyond. I live in San Clemente and I will happily make the drive to store #8909!!
