The Orchard needs Security - this Dad has had enough!
Where are the security guards?? My wife has sent multiple messages to your office with concerns?
Every shift, my little girl tells me about shoplifters running wild at ULTA—stealing thousands in products, sketchy guys on drugs wandering in, and creeps harassing her and her coworkers.
One time, a naked guy stormed in and caused chaos at the Benefit Brow Bar—customers fled screaming!
She’s scared, I’m furious, and you’re letting The Orchard turn into
crime zone!
Outside Peet’s, there’s a homeless encampment.
By Goodwill, shirtless guys smoke pot like it’s a tailgate party!
Pics attached—see for yourself!
Juliette, The Orchard was once a Lake Forest gem, but now it’s a danger zone. You say two guards patrol until midnight, but where? Hiding? My daughter and her team deserve to feel safe, not like they’re in a bad movie dodging thieves and weirdos. Fix this—cameras, guards, a golf cart that actually rolls—or I’ll rally every parent I know for 1-star reviews and a loudspeaker

This outdoor mall and it's local neighborhood has just about everything you can think of, from Staples and Ralphs to Home Depot and Harbor Freight. Access is easy, parking was easy, I took my dog into Staples and PetSmart, and even walked my dog, but unfortunately she didn't do her business as there are very limited areas that interested her that way. So I walked her again back in the residential area I'm visiting.

Honestly, I haven’t seen a shopping area in South OC that is in such need for litter pickup. The mall itself is okay, but it seems like no one is addressing the litter—particularly by Ralph’s, Goodwill and Firestone.

I hate that there are gates around all the possible seating areas. Why have them if they're going to be fence off? How much money into secluding an area for absolutely no one?
