I had a great experience at UPS Store #6016 (Portola Parkway area). The store was clean, organized, and efficient, and I was helped by Mr. Sean, who provided truly exceptional service.
He was courteous, knowledgeable, and fast, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so professional and customer-focused these days.

I have had an annual mailbox at this location for almost ten years and have gotten to know Sean & Scott well during this time. Staff are always extremely helpful, curtious and willing to provide the extra effort when they can. Even during busy times the staff always welcomes me. Excellent customer service.

Amazing location. Manager is always polite and helpful. I accidentally showed up 30 minutes before they opened, manager still let me drop off my 23 packages anyway. Would recommend this location.

Sean was so helpful today😃 I was very impressed with how he was able to help direct everyone on where to drop off boxes and answer any questions. This has been my best experience at any UPS store. This was my 1st time at this location and will definitely be back! He was so friendly and was able to help answer all my questions on sending a package. I can tell he really cares about his customers, I highly recommended this location😃

FANTASTIC Customer Service! I arrived at 8:15 for dropping off a UPS package id boxed and labeled at home. The gentleman working on getting ready to open saw me in my car, and called out to see if I was dropping off something. He let me in and I got a text receipt from the self scan kiosk. FANTASTIC service!!

I find myself going out of my way to return or ship packages here because of the friendly customer service. Even when Sean is busy assisting another customer, he always finds a moment to greet you. Some people are tech-savvy while others are not, but it doesn't matter when I come here, the staff is always helpful and eager to assist. It's wonderful to have people who can turn your frustration into a smile. Thank you!

This is a great UPS store! The manager, Sean, is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He's always been kind and helpful, whether it's with fingerprint live scan services or returning and mailing packages.
