I was here for a vehicle transaction and the Branch Manager Mo was inserting his opinion (calling me a red flag) because I didn’t have an ID on me. This is not a banks position in a transaction and is more appropriate as a private conversation with their member (I am not a member). Also, this bank does not carry more than $10,000 in case you don’t call ahead to order cash.

Branch temporarily closed: service through ATM or appointment. Outstanding service when not closed by virus.

This branch typifies classic, personal service. It's always a delight to come in. The staff are friendly and highly confident. Whoever is running this branch knows what they are doing.

I was disappointed that the US Bank branch closest to my house closed recently, however that allowed me to try the branch at Trabuco and El Toro Rd. Mo helped me find some information that I couldn't access on my own and the other people there were friendly and helpful. I'm a teacher and my colleagues tell me I should use the credit union, but US Bank's rates are competitive and there are many branches in this area. I've been to several different US Bank branches over the past few months and overall the customer service is far better than I've experienced with the credit union and with other banks.

I'm a 100% disabled combat veteran who served in Iraq. I went into switch my deposits to US bank and open a new account. I was treated rude and disrespectfully. To make a long story short they froze my funds and accused me of bank fraud. I served my country for 24 years I had security clearances and there's no crime in the world I can get away with. Even after complaining I was still treated disrespectfully and did not get a return phone calls. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

This bank would not give cash for 30.00 worth of rolled coins to my 16 year old daughter. Seriously, you are a bank. Very rude about it, too.

Passive aggressive attitude. No help whatsoever except assisting me on who to talk to about closing my account. If anything she seemed sarcastically pleased. Guess they don't appreciate their customers business. I'm almost sure her name was Rania.

Absolutely worst banking experience. Bankers don't know how to process a loan. They Tell you they need certain information, when you get them that info they tell you they don't need that, they actually need something else. When we finally got them to tell us all the actual info they needed and got it to them, they tell us they don't do those kinds of loans after all!!! Complete waste of time!

I wanted to block my card through the US Bank app cuz I thought I might have lost my card. So with Bank of America you can go onto your iPhone and you can just do a block and then if you find your phone you can unblock it very simple easy use of technology no problem But with U.S. Bank you have to cancel my card but first you have to wait on hold for 25 minutes for somebody to answer the phone and then when they say they're going to send you a new card they don't so you going to go out of your mind for a week and a half trying to get your hands on a new card It's like something out of the Middle Ages Oh and then if you make a deposit and you want to see with you deposited cash or a check you can't it doesn't know what you deposited so if you're running a business and you want to see how much cash with the posited versus checks don't ask Bank of America to do it you're gonna have to call somebody and they're gonna have to look it up again like something out of the Middle Ages Other than that the banks tend to be a lot less crowded probably because their service sucks in terms of their software. To go to Bank of America in a crappy neighborhood on the first of the month because there'll be so many people cashing the unemployment check your stand in line for two hours

I had a home equity line of credit, and they offer a "completely free" checking account to go with it. I did not want or request this account. We sold our home and closed out the home equity account. They didn't close out the, no longer completely free checking account, and charging me maintenance fees ($50).I tried to close it out but they wouldn't do it over the phone because my account was negative, I needed to go to the branch. Before I could get into the branch they close the account and charge me additional fees ($30). The girl calls me and tells me that they won't wave any fees and I better pay or I'll never be able to open an account at another bank. I ask for the branch manager to call, big surprise, he hasn't. These people are manipulative and shady. They charge me almost $100 for nothing. Run! I'm going to tell everyone I know to never bank with US bank. They should be taking care of their customers instead they treat them like dirt. Especially this branch.

Best US Bank around!!! The entire staff is super friendly, helpful and quick. I make in branch deposits anywhere from 1-4 days a week and I drive past the other US Bank just to come here! If I'm in a time crunch I've stopped at the other one closer to my work a few times, j always regret it and I always remember why I drive further to come here.

Mo is the man. I had two overdraft fees for 2 purchases. Their was a misunderstanding when I had initially opened my account. Apparently PayPal contract can force banks to overdraft our accounts so PayPal can get their money for anything you buy using them. I had a reoccurring payment and was under the impression it would be blocked with no money in my account. The banks have no say and I was never told that part. Mo heard me out and agreed to drop the fees. No hassle and no arguing. Other places can take a lesson from him in customer service. Thanks again!!!

Word to the wise. Stay away from #USBANK. They set a new low for worst customer service. 5 Years ago I bought a property out of state. I hired a contractor to make repairs. The contractor brought all the materials up to the front of a local Home Depot-like store (Menard's) and I made a payment to the sales associate via phone. The contractor then convinced the sales person to put the card on file for his contractor account. He then began to use the card on other jobs. We were running about $1M a month on the card for materials in 17 states and did not catch $40k in charges over a 4 month period. When we realized the error we filed a police report in Orange County and reported to #USBANK. #USBANK assigned a customer service rep who immediately began working on ways to deny our claim, probably because of the size. It took a month for the police report to make it to the out of state police department. The rep from #USBANK was the first to make contact with the detective and informed them that because we had hired the contractor #USBANK believed it was a civil issue. The rep then contacted me and said because the police believe it was a civil issue they were denying my fraud claim and would not reimburse the charges. I spent 2 years talking with different reps at #USBANK with no luck. They have by far the worst customer service of any bank I have ever seen. I paid off $33k of the charges prior to realizing the error and not only did they deny my fraud claim they charged off the remaining $7k that was on a business card and then went after me personally. Whatever you do stay away from #USBANK. #usbankisaweful #usbankworstservice
