I never put any bad reviews. But I went to the store with my brother and he lost his phone and I’m asking the associate what can we do? And all he said do you guys want to replace it today? And I said no. And he continues to ask that question 2 more times. I work in retail myself you can at least be a little empathetic and not rude and keep asking someone are you going to replace today. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

We went in for a billing discrepancy on our bill that appeared after we returned from our cruise. We knew that calling customer service they would give us the run around and try to day it was our fault. But upon meeting Felipe at the store he informed us that after looking at the bill he can clearly see it was not. So after being on the phone with customer service for over 30 min Felipe took over and made them realize that the right thing to do would be to pay the charges which were their mistake. Kudos to Felipe for his efforts and store manager Eric for wanting help. Regardless Eric said he would take care of it no matter what they say. Thank You Felipe and Eric. That’s customer service????

If i could give minus 5 stars i would. Stole my phone at this store and after several months they admitted to receiving my phone and was told i would have an even exchange when i signed up. I have been into the store 25 times to fix the billing and mistakes by management and no one cares except to sell you something new or sign you up. Was quoted one thing by miss chen and she admits they made a mistake and no one can correct their error.
Had a credit and they showed it as not paying!!! I am at a loss because now they are charging me for this free phone and all they can do is put you on the phone with customer service in INDIA!!! FU VERISON #DONOTUSEVERISON

Paloma was so very helpful when I came into the store today to upgrade my iPhone. She was patient, kind, and explained everything very well. I had gone into there thinking this would be a stressful experience, and it was the opposite!

Sales associates in this location do not care about sales. They need more training in sales, product knowledge and service knowledge. Management does not help either. Poor knowledge and customer service. I would not recommend this location.

Shady scammy employees work here, providing completely misleading information that is not within the corporate guidelines and policies. Highly recommend Verizon corporate to look seriously into this location and take some serious action against this local mafia before things get more out of hand with possible class action suits to follow.

Josh, the manager at this store, basically saved the day when my mom's phone was hacked. Long story short, the online Verizon rep, knowing she had been hacked, unenrolled her from their services, making her phone unusable! We were on my phone for hours, redirected, sent to the Fraud dept., sent back to Customer Support, then directed to the local store, who in turn directed us to the corporate store. This took almost ALL DAY! AT the corporate store, Josh cleaned her phone, took care of the details, explained the pertinent to us, and reactivated her phone. After spending hours being rerouted and completely frustrated, this was really awesome. The staff was nice and thorough as well. Thanks, Josh!

Five stars for Felipe! The store is typical Verizon , so there's nothing noteworthy about the retail experience . One goes to the Verizon store to typically get a new phone and have someone else do the " heavy lifting." Felipe is my guy and he should be your guy too! He is super efficient and friendly. He's your tech buddy that gets you up and running on the latest tech gadgets. He listens and provides you with the products and services you need. No needless upselling/upgrades. Total gem of a human. Definitely check him out when it's time to upgrade. Felipe makes it as painless as possible!!

Liars, only spit policy and cannot help you in any way. Josh, current manager is insulting, dismissive, disrespectful and plainly just a jerk. He does not see you as a person and has no consideration or desire to help. He just wants his sales and that's that. Do not go here if you are looking for anyone to help you. They will pass you around and make you repeat yourself multiple times just get nowhere. Complete waste of time and energy.

Verizon personnel were friendly and tried to be helpful. However, all they did to address my billing issue was to put me through on the phone to someone who was unable to help. Two wasted hours.

The people here were nice specially Johnny the manager at the beginning, once they did the selling and done paying, the being nice stops. Came back to the store on our first bill because it was way too high. Add ons were added without telling us. We were told that we were only going to pay around 120 a month but bill said 360. Went to the store and was assisted ok, removed all the add ons I DID NOT APPROVE when signing up. Settled the bill and told us to come back when the next bill shows because there will be reconnection fee on the four lines. Came back today, saw Johnny, and then saw the guy who assisted us prior to this visit and promised that he will add the credit for the reconnection fee. Yes, he was very nice. Lo and behold, the guy said “I don't remember” “ we don’t do credit in this store” then told me that I was yelling at him? Then asked me to leave! This is the type of customer service they give here. Even one of the customers said to this prick that I was not yelling. Then he told to the other customer that it is not his business so no need to interrupt. Good thing I was on the phone with a supervisor from verizon and she said that she heard everything and the way I was treated at the store. Luckily she helped me and assisted me in filing a complain. People here makes promises and forgets and acts like they never dealt with you before. All they care about is selling.

Do not buy your screen protectors here. They sell shoddy product, high prices, tell you to fill out a warranty online, then the company that's supposed to replace it refuses and so does the store. It's like amateur night at the follies. Expensive lesson learned. If you are a Geek Squad member take your business there. Better product, guaranteed customer service. Adios Verizon! adios!
