Sophia the teller who helped me today asked me about my personal life and I didn't feel good about it as a customer , she asked me all the Iranian people here have account why don't you have account , also asked about my job and also she was questioning me In general not a good experience at this branch

Went to the Wells Fargo Website to see if they have a Notary service available. Says to call the local branch. I called my branch several times throughout the day at 24251 Rockfield Blvd. in Lake Forest, CA. They will not pick up their phone. I then called the 800# for customer service. They tried calling the branch from their direct "inside" phone number. They could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I requested a manager to call me back when they are available and so far... crickets from them. I am switching banks.

Worst bank ever! Lived in this town for years and it never gets better. Longest lines ever, Chase bank only has 2 tellers and there is NEVER a line. Managers could help out but I guess they get paid to stand there and 3 are needed. Tellers are just soooo slow. I am convinced they try to make peoples day miserable just like the DMV. What's going on with this particular branch???? Investigation is needed or at the very least a total revamp of your employees. Do better Lake Forest branch

This Bank sucks they don't have any tellers they have a line out the door the tellers they do have don't know what they're doing and you can waste over an hour just for five people in front of you they obviously do not care about their customers they keep saying they're going to get more tellers but they don't do it

I love Wells Fargo but this location, there's always a very long, long, long line before your get to the counter. They need to definitely hire more clerks. Customer service is key, so I don't know why they skimp on how many people are working at the counter

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch in Orange County. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to avoid this branch. The manager, Andrew, is not helpful, and the lines are always long. I think they have forgotten the meaning of customer service, if they ever knew it.

Even with great employees, I do not like to wait in line for 30 min. avg. because they only have 2 tellers on staff. Why do they have 7 teller counters but only ever staff only 2 or 3 employees?

Always open late. Around 9:05 am And lines inside are always very long with only 1 or two cashiers

I do not like to do reviews even though I had good or bad experiences but this is my first and is for thank to Blake Rehak from Branch Small Business Banker (SAFE) for being helpful, friendly and kind. I'm a woman with a small business who's trying to achieve personal goals and working hard for it. Wells Fargo should have more employees like him. Sincerely Carolina Labrador

The people here are great I bank with Wells Fargo for years my complaint with corporate policies I have a 74-year-old mentally retarded brother with all of his Social Security money goes to the home that he lives in Social Security requires that your money be electronically deposited into a bank this year the banks raise their limits to $150 minimum to avoid any service fees however Social Security requires that when he gets his money it must be spent on him and if you leave money in his account every year when they do a review if there's money in there exceeding X number of dollars that reduces income so now my brother gets $55 a month Wells Fargo has imposed a $15 monthly fee he can see what that leaves him I've had to call every month and have the records to prove it to take 10 to 20 minutes to get that 15 dollar fee removeed after I go over the story every time with a different person so they're were taking basically 1/5 of his personal income For clothing ie underwear shocks pajamas church pants belts what are we need to cover his body and any snacks you might wantfor personal items 1/5 as income the rest groceries room board food and medical this is ridiculous how these companies screw people and believe me this is just one person so I closed all of my accounts in Wells Fargo I have one they're perfect with my son left I got all the others closed !!! I moved everything to Chase and they do have the same charges but they took me in and they don't charge my brother and it's automatic every month as it goes on and it comes out automatically thank you Chase video and thank you Wells for all the inconvenience and noncooperation you've lost a customer!! It's all about the Money and policy need to find some accounts to service all of your clients and all of the needs

Most disrespectful bankers. Persian lady ZOYA in the front was almost arguing with me! No one answers trying to report her and her horrible snobby attitude to customers. Who do you think you are? I feel unsafe now that she has my name and bank info. Reporting this issue with her

Went to Wells Fargo and Rockfield Boulevard in Lake Forest today and the ATM does not except deposits. I have never seen this happen before but the bank is closed in the ATM is the only way to get service and it said that deposits were "unavailable". This is totally unacceptable. Wells Fargo has less and less tellers in their branches, you need to make an appointment to see a teller now days for anything other than a simple transaction, and their ATMs provide less and less services. If they are going to try to run a business, offer a good service or close your bank and I will go elsewhere. This is ridiculous
