Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order and waste your time with these scammers. 3 days after placing the order, they sent an email saying the product I ordered was not in stock.
In the email, they are asking for an additional payment($$$ more) to ship an inferior product as a replacement.
They bait potential buyers with products they dont actually stock!!
This is a well know deceptive practice.

This company is a scam DO NOT buy anything from them. It has been weeks since I first made my order through them and I've sent them numerous emails and have opened tickets on their site with out so much as a responce. They will gladly take your money but they have no intention of sending out what you paid for. Invoice number #62442. Luckily I paid with PayPal I will asking for a refund. Buyer beware

I'm local to SoCal and bought an NVR I need ed for a client next day and paid next day delivery. Somehow the price in their system was about $130 cheaper than competition. Well, they found out about it and cancelled my order because of their mistake and to save $130. The charge to my card still went through, my client never got their NVR on time and all Frank Le would do is say sorry not honor my order. Absolutely terrible service and follow through on delivering their product. I'm convinced any good reviews on this company are from friends or employees. Save your time and money, do business with a company that cares about the people who keep their lights on.

Made multiple attempts to secure a product which had been listed as available. Once confirmed by a World Eye Cam salesperson for next day delivery was told it was on the way. Two days later after the product had not arrived, no call no show from World Eye, I had to call myself to see what had happened to the order. I was given the run around from AMIR and told that the manager FRANK LE would speak with me asap about the problem. Of course after calling 10 to 12 times and filing multiple complaints I have yet to hear from anyone as to what happened. I was given a refund with no explanation and now the job I needed the gear for is lost thanks to the inability of the people at World Eye Cam. Zero accountability. STAY AWAY from these guys.

We have purchased extensively from World Eye Cam and have been happy with the quality of their products and the prices. Whenever we have had an issue with installation their tech support has always been very helpful.

WorldEyeCam installed 15 cameras in our warehouse. Their team did a great job. We have no hesitation in recommending him for future installations, they are very knowledgeable and worked with our IT department to make a seamless integration with our network. They also took the time to optimize the night vision performance of the cameras by staying at the job site until it was completely dark. Also they installed their iMaxPro Software on my cell phone, now I am feel secured with even when I am not around.
