“I think this place has made vast improvements in the last couple years. I started seeing Emily Steffan and she is fantastic! Highly recommend! I've gotten quick response, easy scheduling, good use of the app, with efficient and friendly service from the staff. I have been very impressed. However, I get the negative reviews from before. If anyone's mind was going to be hard to change, it would be mine.

Three years ago I was having sever pain while home alone. I called a teledoc they told me to call 911. After an evaluation the paramedic said I was stable, but there was an issue that needed urgent attention. They stressed that I see a doctor next day, which seemed oddly specific. So I came here the next day and they told me it was all in my head, just anxiety. I have no history or signs of anxiety but they sent me home, feeling dumb.

I was in emergency surgery 4 days later. It was an organ issue. The surgeons were shocked I was sent home with such a classic, simple presentation of a common problem. As they put it, a first year med student should have caught it. They said the paramedics obviously recognized it, but can't legally diagnose. At that point, I needed meds and surgery scheduled. Because I didnt get treatment, it became an emergency. I have never seen doctor's throw such shade in my life.

So for me to go from F them, to highly recommend wasn't on my 2025 bingo card and speaks to Emily's skill and the current staff's efficency.”
