Mobil is the only gas station in Mt. Mesa and is a great store when you are in a hurry. It is not to be missed for a fun time outdoors. The staff is really friendly and always offers service with a smile, providing a professional vibe. They have plenty of snacks, soda, beer, and booze, though the booze is a little pricey. Useful items include live bait and minnows, other fishing gear, propane exchanges or fills, great coffee, and supplies for a trip to Lake Isabella. There is plenty of handicap parking, and it is close to the boat launch.
