“For a Post Office it's very nice inside. It's a small town Office so not busy. Hours are short and not open on Saturdays. Eric runs the desk and is a Great Guy and good at what he does. The building is open all the time to get to you PO Boxes. Don't mind ever going there for what ever the need may be.”
“I feel very lucky to have my little Kernville post office. Over the years, I keep trying to send gift parcels out to family and friends, only to find out that they're a little too heavy or a little too large, or I've used the wrong packaging, etc., so it costs a small fortune to ship, or I have to modify my parcels to be able to afford shipping at all.
It's always a shock when that happens, it's always my ignorance that causes the problems, and the folks there are always very supportive and kind. The manager is especially knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly. The prices aren't their fault, and they are wonderful people.”
“I had a heckuva time getting our mail delivered to our house, because our address was not recognized by the USPS, not this post office fault. The postmaster was great and helping me resolve this ongoing problem, he was kind and courteous. Every time I called him or emailed him, we finally got the problem solved even though it took months and it turns out the problem was with the post office in the city where I used to live not with this post office.”

“Awesome customer service they do know what they are doing when you go inside they are real USPS employeed and are very educated on any subject in office and also online.., very knowledgeable of how it works and they really do help you understand what and why it happens especially the post master i think his name is Josh hes a really nice guy. Thankyou guys for your hard work and forgive us if we get frustrated and take it out on you sometimes”
