Absolutely the worst place you could go.A complete dump...they didn't have the decency to advise what sate the resort was in. Even if they were to fix the place, it would be a dump..

We stayed here Memorial weekend, when the new owners had just taken over, then we were there in October. Man! What a HUGE difference. The whole family run business have really stepped up to make this a fun place for all ages with a glamping experience. The best part is, they are making it amazing all year long not just for summer months. We don’t have a RV, and I’m not up for tent camping anymore, so the cabins are the best fit for me. They are super cute. Also, The Restaurant and bar are a huge hit. Can’t wait to be back!

If you haven’t already, you need to visit the new and improved Lakeshore Inn Resort! Friendly talented bartenders, & an amazing Chef with food that will not disappoint. They have built a beautiful stage outside and also have a small one inside for live music. Plenty of dance floor space! ??? They have made sure to keep it a family friendly environment and not only do they have fun events like the taco eating contest, or the 80s themed party but they have also held a harvest festival which had hayrides to the ice cream parlor & face painting for the kids. They also had a Carmel apple decorating night for kids recently for only $5 an apple. My kids and I will definitely be back again & again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely love heading up to Lakeshore from Redding on the weekends or even for dinner during the week! The staff and environment has made us feel more than welcomed which always keeps us coming back! We can’t wait to have Lakeshore as our go-to spot next year and we’re so excited for all the amazing changes and events to come!Food & drinks: Tim and his kitchen crew are always going above and beyond with their meals! Every time we have eaten there, he makes sure to come out, thank us and check on how the food was - that kind of customer service really makes you feel special!

Great place to stay. Beautiful view of lake and lots of fishing spots nearby. The new owners were great and were busy making improvements. During the week I stayed they were working hard to make this a great place. The bar was a great place to sit back and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend the fried chicken.Nearby activities: great water access nearbySafety: safe locationWalkability: great place to hikeFood & drinks: grat service and food was good

Camped with our RV. Have a view of the lake. Little hard to get down the bank if you want to fish. Has a kitchen and bar. Swimming pool. Also cabins.

Within 10 minutes of being there, unfortunately one of the staff members stereotyped my husband. My husband simply asked some questions in regards to lake access. After that, the worker told my husband that Karaoke was happening later that night. His comment was rude and out of line that followed. He told my husband it looked like he could sing some Miley Cyrus. I'm assuming he said that because my husband is good looking and clean cut. The staff is definitely the opposite. One even had an ankle bracelet. Also, I honestly thought that spending over $100 for a site that this place would be more descent than not. The site was so small that our neighbors couldn't fully extend their awning. We were able to only cause the site next to us was empty. We did experience a great waitress though. She was very nice and the food was pretty good. The lobby was a bit messy too. Definitely not a professionally ran place.

amazing experience it didn't start off there but ended amazing. Property under new ownership and when we book the last owner took my money and didn't make my reservation and we book 4 months ago. The new owner made a way that they could still accommodate us. we had to do some moving around each day but we had drove so far and family drove 13 we didn't want to just get a refund. The new owners took care of us and now have a long last customer because of it. thank you for all the accommodations and hospitality your treated us so well and you didn't have to. Place In process of renovations and the property will look amazing. Couldn't wait to come again. The Henderson's

No amenities. Gave 2 stars since at least there was air conditioning. All pics are old on website. Cabin leaned. Shower backed up ankle deep during very short shower. No toiletries. Stove didn't work. No TV. No cookware. No glasses. No hangars. No restaurant or bar as pictures lead you to expect. No lake access on property at all. We had asked what we needed to bring and were told they had everything. WRONG. Noisy campers bumping loud music well past quite time and no one on site to do anything about it. Go elsewhere.

We camped here over the weekend in our trailer. The site was clean, easily accessible, beautiful lake view, and had power and water. The guy taking over the place and the bartender were super good people and they are working hard to renovate the cabins/restaurant and property. No rating for cabins/rooms or bathrooms because we didn’t use them but we really enjoyed the place.

Campground and facilities not well maintained. Restroom and showers below average. It's best to shower in your RV. They advertise that they have a restaurant but it appears to be in renovation with unknown completion time especially when it is starting the high camping season in the middle of June. It also appears there are alot of homeless people nearby.Nice view of the lake but no access to it unless you want to chance it on a steep slope. Won't be coming here in the future.

We, take lakeshore to 20 years ago and then take everything you liked about the place and get rid of those things..The bar,, the live bands,, the events,, the staff, staff, friendly people again talke that away and that's what you have now.. the bars serve more ice cream than alcohol I went by today and there's no one there.. it must be a tax write off cause it sure ain't no resort anymore.. it sucks.ll
