Very friendly staff. Heated pool and hot tub. Cool little cabins. Boat rentals. The guys at the marina are very friendly and are eager to help if you have any trouble or questions. The ski boats are pretty old and run down and get bad mileage but who cares it's still really fun.

WORST vacation in 35 years! Dirty, uneven sites, gross bathrooms, dogs in swimming pool, rude office staff and wifi was down for 2 weeks. We inquired several times and it was never fixed. Watched 3 RV's get damaged trying to get into the tiny, uneven sites. Dust galore! They need to water down the roads. Our view was a crack house looking bathroom in site 10 . Looked nothing like the picture online. Super creepy! Lake Shasta is beautiful but this place is run down and just plain nasty. It took forever to get the dust and dirt out of our RV. Never ever again!

Great place to rent boats for lake

Very nice staff, busy resort with amenities. Had some problems with charges from the marina and the staff were very responsive and even gave me an extra refund! I was very happy with the service and how they answered my questions even though it took a while.Minus one star because the campground is so tight, we almost couldn't get our motorhome in and put out the slides which almost touched the picnic table of the site next to us.Close to the lake with a steep walkway down to the lake, nice pool, and a camp store which has odd days when they're closed. The marina seems a little disorganized the boat we had was not in great shape, but it was clean.Parking at the marina was difficult so we had to park above and haul our stuff down steep steps, as with most marinas, the wait to get our boat was a bit long, especially since no one had told us that we had required paperwork to fill out up at the office. Luckily, we had someone who would take us up in a golf cart then our boat had some mechanical problems, but they refunded us some time. All in all if you have your own boat or want to rent a boat and have lake activities this is a good place to go.

Do not rent from this company if your holiday time is precious. I don't like to write reviews like this but I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else, especially if all you have time for is one day on the lake. We reserved the Deluxe 12 person patio boat for the day even though we knew we would use it for maybe 6 hours only because we had my elderly mother in law with us but we wanted to make sure it was available. We arrived at 11.55 only to be told that the prop, (propeller), needed to be replaced, the boat would need to be returned by 6 pm. We argued that it should've been ready at 8 am & reserved it the day before so they knew in advance that it would be used on 1 august. The worker at the dock said the bigger patio boats that were being returned had priority & that this kind of thing happens all the time. Meanwhile, when we were waiting, we started chatting with another family who told us their prop fell off the patio boat they had rented the day before then today, the transmission of the speed boat they rented blew up. Obviously this kind of thing really does happen on a regular basis just as the worker told us. It took 1 hr &25 mins for them to replace the prop so we requested to be refunded $100 for the loss of our vacation time on the boat. Danielle offered $55 for compensation of loss rental time to which we did not agree but she recommended we go on the lake so as not to lose anymore time & that we could discuss it further when we got back, She said she would be in the office till 6 pm. When my husband went to the office at 5.55 pm, Danielle had left for the day & Whitney dealt with us. In the end, all we got back was $55. My mother in law who has lived in the area for 30 years will also discourage others from renting for Antlers Resort,

Antlers is an excellent choice for a party boat rental. This year with the high water we were able to rent from Antlers. It was a MUCH smoother process than the company we have used in the past. The parking is much closer to the marina than the other company which makes it quicker to load up your gear and be out in the water much sooner. Easy to refill the gas tank once you finish in fact the crew took care of it and we were able to pay at the little store on the marina do gif not need to go back to the main building to check out.Great day on the water! Antlers rocks!

I will start off by saying that all the staff members I dealt with at both the main office and the marina were super friendly and helpful. The low star review is because of the condition of the boat we were provided for our full day rental. The boat was much older than we're used to, which would have been fine if it was well maintained and cleaned. The cupholders were all dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The captain's chair was missing some bolts underneath that made it lean heavily to the right and uncomfortable for any sitting longer than a couple minutes. Even though the staff member who did the run-through with me pointed to where the fire extinguisher and flag was, after getting on the lake we realized the flag wasn't actually there, and couldn't find one on anywhere on the boat. Overall, for the price we paid, which was non-refundable after booking, we were underwhelmed with the rental experience and this location. For reference, we have rented boats many times before at other locations and not had this experience.

I have been camping here many years! And this last weekend was horrible! The staff was the rudest and they didn’t accommodate us at all. There were plenty of empty sites available and they wouldn’t move my family and I in any sites next to each other. We had to drive or walk across the campground to each other most the day. It was a horrible weekend and I won’t be returning

We rented a Party Cruiser LS we had an amazing time! The Lake OMG pays for itself worth every penny! The rental office experience was straight to business, the girl who helped us wasn't too friendly being we were extremely excited about our day! shes at work understandable :(Then in the end, they used our deposit for gas they insisted we leave and they would just deduct it from the deposit, my husband was hesitant, me too trusting as always!! in hindsight that wasn't a smart idea, we only used a quarter tank of gas at 7$ a gallon I was thinking ok they will Probably only need 10 gallons to fill it up so maybe 70-80$ give or take? It was 140$ for a quarter tank?? When we got on the boat it was missing a quarter tank the attendant claimed the Guage was off by a quarter. I'm almost sure it doesn't take 140$ for a quarter tank. Now half a tank for 140$ makes sense? Just be aware, it's crazy that you spending already so much money on a boat rental so why not take another 60-70$ they won't know the difference, well I know the difference, especially when you have 7 kids every dollar counts, It's not ok. I trusted these workers to be honest, I was supposed to receive a receipt after I was refunded my deposit, and did not receive that either.

Right on the lake with a dock and a swimming pool and a camp store. The spots for RVs are a bit crowded but the amenities and staff are nice.

We made a camping reservation but because of extreme heat had to cancel it. They would not refund the deposit or allow the reservation to be postponed until 2024. Not inspiring a return visit or doing business with them again. Poor customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Antlers. I have been to Bridge Bay and Jones valley, Anthers is by far the best place to rent a houseboat. The office staff, dock workers and fuel dock people were super nice. They provided excellent customer service, the loading and unloading of the houseboat, is extremely easy with the use of the barge. Even though we had several mechanical issues with the houseboat (seems like I have never had mechanical issues with a house boat) the mechanics responded quickly to fix the issues.I wouldn't go anywhere else on Shasta to rent a houseboat.

Very nice place to visit and rent a boat. Had an excellent time on the lake with friends. Slater at the boat dock is an asset to this marina and was a great help. So was the blond girl at the store counter, I didn't get her name. This is a must do at the lake if you don't have your own boat and want a quality experience on the water.

31 years of camping here, some things never change. Love coming back to our camping home.
