We liked this place! It’s a tad old fashioned ( but not out of date to modern needs) but no complaints there! We prefer places like this. Everything was very clean and the vibe is cozy.

This was one of the worst stays i have ever had. The mattresses were so old they had body size dents in them. They were no towel bars or toilet paper roller and the shower curtain wasnt even hung properly to keep the water in. They only gave us 2 sets of towels in a 2 bed room. The stairs case to the room was so sticky and dirty I couldn't use the hand rail because it was so sticky and dirty. Last but not least we had to park on the street because there was no parking in the motel lot.

Best Inn in Lakeport.
Great costumer service, guy at the front desk was amazing.
Rooms are clean and good size.
Bed was comfortable.
I'll be coming back for sure

They were so awesome about helping get my sons grandpa & great grandma situated in a comfy/easy access room. They were the kindest in the office and went out of their way to be sure we were happy with the room.

Called direct to book and received email confirm. Arrived at hotel and they had no reservation for me. They told me the company I used to reserve went out of business.
Actually was good news because the place is not a hotel! It felt like an apartment building, obvious that people are there for long periods of time. Dirty, dumpy, made everyone in my group uncomfortable.
Did not stay.
Do not recommend at all.

If it wasn’t for the staff I’d be rating this inn one star. The good: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. The room was fairly clean, and offers free WiFi, TV, mini fridge, and microwave, good water pressure, working AC.
The bad: The lighting is fluorescent and buzzes, the rooms are cold decoration wise. I went to jail as a youth and between the people yelling and swearing behind the inn, construction workers on the balcony talking loudly with each other, and the lighting the atmosphere was comparable. The building is quite run down, shower floor was soft in spots and smelled like mold, again very noisy until about 12am.
To be fair the 2 inns next door don’t appear to be in much better shape. Would not stay here again. But if you’re looking for a room at a fair price that’s a low end runner down motel 6 maybe this place is for you.

Stayed here because the pictures online looked beautiful..... But had some trouble with the reservation before getting there... Upon arrival the room looked ok at 1st glance but the bed was broken, the wifi didn't work, the toilet paper roll dispenser was broken. I just felt like I was in a run down room. Had to ask for more towels and Tp. Nice view though.

Anchorage Inn Lakeport offers the perfect lakeside escape. The rooms are spacious, the views are breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like a true retreat. Loved the BBQ area, pool, and the personal deck for boats such thoughtful touches! The two brothers managing the property are incredibly welcoming and have top-notch customer service. Can’t wait to come back!

Service is 5 because housekeeping staff is a lovely hardworking & pleasant lady. Bed & bedding are what rate above 1 star. Rest of room here’s the list: No hangars, tap water not drinkable with no warning, 1 outlet did not work (repaired and still did not work), sink slow to drain (repaired & still slow), TV didn’t work and needed to replace cable box, and bathroom door would not close. Outdoors: the old table & chairs by the lake covered in old bird excrement. At least the reception staff would respond to complaints but problems weren’t fixed properly.

I was iffy about the rooms, but got one anyways. The beds were clean and smelled fresh. Definitely coming back. Thankyou, young man at the office was friendly, helpful and kind.

My wife and were on our way home towards bay area and decided to stop and stay the night in clearlake. We found this place which is nicely located on the lake. Front desk was very kind and we ended up staying in the suite facing the water for a reasonable price. The suite is wonderfully spacious and kept nice and clean. For the price, hospitality, and service I'll rate 5/5

Last place we could get a room at but at a good price. AC worked well and that's what saved us during the heat wave but place could be a lot better w more detail to inside and outside attention.
Able to sleep so that's what mattered most to me.
