“Five stars for honesty and great service. My dad brought his truck in, and since the problem wound up not being a "problem," Jeff didn't charge for his time. When I took my dad there to retrieve his truck, my own vehicle started acting up. Jeff took the time to look under the hood (without my having an appointment--and they were plenty busy!) and he gave me a diagnosis. I had to leave town, so I couldn't have the car serviced by him. And once again--he didn't charge me for his time. Because of this positive experience, I would go back to Deschamps anytime (if I lived in the area) and would highly recommend the place to anyone.”

“This review is specifically for the service department. I spoke with a wonderful gentleman named John about getting my front brake pads replaced. He was nice, polite, and got an appointment for me in under a week. When I took my vehicle in the customer service was good and I didn't have to wait long at all. I even called and asked if I could come in at a later time that day and they were very accommodating. While they were doing the brake pads they noticed my rotors were bad too. They called me right away to let me know and even went out of their way to find rotors for my vehicle that day. With the wonderful customer service, being so accommodating, and doing a good Job with servicing my vehicle I would definitely recommend the service department.”
