S and k found the right part to fix my car after the other shop gave me a cheap part then when my car didn't work right wanted to charge me a thousand dollars to fix it if they could find out what was wrong. S and k did a free diagnostic then ordered the right part and it cost me only three hundred when the other shop wanted a thousand dollars. From now on s and k is my auto repair place.”
“I recently relocated to Lake County from LA and needed a reliable and ethical service shop for my BMW. I took my car into Wicked this morning and had the repair diagnosis in about an hour, the part has been ordered and will be installed later this week upon receipt at an affordable price. Both Scott and Dan were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A good experience to say the least. I would highly recommend for repairs.”
“I only required transmission service and the guys did exactly that, the job they did to repair any transmission issue was resolved in a very thorough and efficient way..but in the process one of the guys noticed a tire issue dangerously dangling above his head. Upon a closer more personal looksee he realized that the front driver side tire was not even attached..after viewing the photos that were sent to me I can best describe it as toddlers loose tooth...when the tooth is too loose to count for something ya know when it just flops around but won't not able to fall out because it is still attached to the root (gum). That tire could have come off at any time. The head honcho guy Harry I think..fixed the problem. He just took money from his own pocket without any hesitation and got the part he needed. That tire could have off at any time. I could have died. I believe in this rating that highest rating of 5 is to low of a score. This guy, owner of this shop, put the safety of everybody first. That man is very humble. That man is very gracious. That man has compassion for humanity.”

O'Reilly's auto parts shops as the guy to go to when l had trouble starting my car . Carlos fixed the problem the same day l brought it in and l don't feel like l was overcharged or taken advantage of because I'm an old lady. I'll take my van back to him if l ever need repair work done on my van again.”

“One of few local specialists doing BMW/MINI oil changes with inspections. Be aware at $250, it's top-tier pricing. However, given the closest dealerships are in Marin or Sacramento, you have to do the math whether saving $100 is worth a 2-hour drive each way.
