First and most important: There are bat droppings in front of store, so as you walk in, the smell is disgusting. I hate going into this store. But I had my prescriptions sent there due to another pharmacy not having it. So, every month there would ALWAYS be a problem with the approval on them. Very frustrating. The lady working in the back (african american) argued with me over the phone and I had to tell her, this is for me, prescribed by my doctor. Not sure why she had to dictate whether or not it should go thru. Even called my insurance company assuring it was indeed approved. The hold up was her. I have since gone back to the other pharmacy and am much happier. NO issues ever. The lines at CVS pharmacy are disgusting and they obviously dont care about that.

Having only ONE customer bathroom and then having it so poorly maintained is a bad look. If I have to experience a toilet that has been peed all over as a woman, I'd rather not shop there at all.

I love the Lakeport, CA CVS store! The employees are extremely knowledgeable and courteous! It's nice to be able to shop in a store that still maintains that professionalism! I have to say I hope they continue with whatever training, hiring etc they are doing to end up with an exceptional group of team members... especially Elizabeth she knows her job and is always so nice to everybody that walks through that door.

All I wanted to do is let the pharmacist know my wife will be in Friday to get her prescription. The answering machine is kind of like a merry go round that you can only get off of by hanging up. There is no option to speak to a live person to relay a simple message. Artificial intelligence is the wrong description, it should be artificial insanity!

I always go here to collect my meds and it's useful that I can stock up on coupons on the app for discounts on things.

I love my local CVS. it's just down the street from me and I discovered an employee is my neighbor. Liz Selena and Desiree are just the Best at what they do. Great attentive customer service and excellent attitudes. Lovely to encounter these days. If this store ever closes - I'll never step foot in another CVS. for personal reasons. Seems like everything good and cool just goes away sometimes. Me no likey that lol. But I'm serious about that. Lisa G.

I know it’s not the workers fault, I’m sure they’re severely understaffed, but every time I come here I wait 30 mins- 1+ hour in line for my prescription, just to get to the counter and wait another 10 mins for them to not even be able to find my prescription. They have tried blaming it on “your prescription is still getting filled at your previous pharmacy.” Sorry, but no it is not. You are supposed to have it. It is absolutely infuriating when you have a medication that you NEED to avoid complications, and they just tell me straight lies and never have my prescription on time. It is ALWAYS at least TWO WEEKS late. Absolutely ridiculous. Even WALMART pharmacy is worlds better than this. Rite aid as well. I will be switching ASAP, I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for months, and still without a doubt, this is THE worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. Absolutely AWFUL. Nobody should ever use them. Especially if you’re someone who needs something life saving like blood pressure medication or anything.

Horrible wait times at the pharmacy. One person up front with 10 people in line. If the people in the back filling prescriptions would come up for just one or two customers this wouldnt be an issue. Or hire more employees.
