CVS Pharmacy staff are often overwhelmed and overworked I would suggest increasing the number of staff during peak-traffic hours, as well as increasing their hourly pay or salary when working more than 34 hours a week. I would suggest having one extra staff on the main store floor at the CVS on 11th Street, Lakeport CA from 12pm - 7pm. There is often a long line to check out and there are often no staff available to help shoppers with inventory/questions during those hours.

Good experience at this store, was able only to get my Rx and other medicine. Friendly staff, and pharmacists

I only had a very brief interaction at this CVS this morning, but it was very positive. I had a return. Walked in, the lady scanned the barcode on my phone receipt, and credited my account. Absolutely painless. Excellent service.

They called me and said my prescription was ready so I get there and they made me wait 2 hours and said they were still filling it the next day.

The customer service is there. They are really nice and kind so I would give them that. But saddly what lost it for me was that I waited over an hour, for one medicine with no line. And I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what I've never been here before I will try again. But if this proceeds I'll probably choose somewhere else.

Been going to this pharmacy for years, and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Sometimes there are pretty long lines. The only thing that bothers me is that sometimes someone will walk up to get their prescription and also pay for store items which holds up the line considerably. Store purchases should be paid through the cashier in front and not the pharmacy.

Honestly useless and I would give them a 0 if I could. This is the only pharmacy that can carry my prescription and it's a battle every month to get it. Today she refused to even call my doctor, who they have a number for if someone needs to reach him outside of office hours, so now I'll have to spend money on another blood work to even get my prescription called in again. What a joke.

Very good pharmacy but takes a long time to get rx. Probably a tactic to get you to shop there! Some items are way overpriced!

Love this store. People here are so friendly and helpful. I'm puzzled how the DEA has put such a tarnish on this wonderful store. It makes me sick. I go in there now and it is empty. Just sad

The is the BEST CVS pharmacy experience I have EVER had!! Thank you so much KIMBERLY for always being the most knowledgeable, kindest and best customer service employee in the whole pharmacy!!! I sure appreciate how she always goes above and beyond to help customers. I also am very aware of ALL THE RESTRICTIONS they have to WORK AROUND!!! She is such an asset to CVS--management I hope you share this compliment with KIMBERLY!!!

This place is a Hot Mess! Pharmacy Manager seems to suffer from a " God Like " ego. They get away with poor customer service because of our choices in our demographics, so they can! I worked for Longs Drugs for 12 yr in the 1980's when they were All about great customer service. How sad it's gone now.

Well I used to get my medications from them but they NO LONGER FILL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. It seems they lost their license and cannot fill them for a while. The word on the street is some of the staff members were shorting customers and keeping them for themselves or for their side businesses. The same thing happened to me in CVS Santa Rosa. I wish this CVS had a drive through as it is tedious to stand in the vitamin/laxative aisle and wait behind mean constipated locals with nasty stares wearing yoga pants over their depends. Smell it granny.

The pharmacy personnel under pressure re some of the new laws re opiates. They say they are refusing to fill the rx's. Am an RN and just did some continuing ed on the subject. Kmart pharmacy has closed so there is only Safeway. Hopefully, they are less judgmental. If you are tender hearted, I suggest you bring a healthcare advocate with you. Or discuss the pharmacy policy with someone (your doctors?).
