Went in to have a specific form filled out. Was told I had to re-file and charged $250 for the IRS to deny it. The IRS still wanted that specific form and had to go back again. Waste of time and money. Not to mention the Manger dust cropping me when consulting with the "Tax expert". Women could have excused herself to go pass gas elsewhere.

I appreciate the lack luster response instructing me to call your corporate office. It just goes to show that you do not care about people. A simple apology would have sufficed. I do not expect a YELP review to change the way your office treats folks. However, If the review can save one family from being made fun of and laughed at when their Identity was stolen and a minor is asking for help and you kept on and on. That was going to be my child's first tax return and you guys ruined a life moment. No matter what you choose to do for a living, You should take pride in and enjoy it. You folks are misplaced.Have a nice Tax season!

Made an appt with Marjorie Anderson to file our taxes and get help on previous tax years. That was scheduled for February 2, 2022. Was pretty happy but hesitant to leave all of my tax information with a lady I do not know. Not once did we receive a phone call on what to do next or how our taxes were doing and if they were even starting our taxes yet. Husband called and asked a few weeks after we dropped our stuff off on how things were going, this lady straight up admitted that she forgot about our taxes and that she will get right on them. That was a lie. A few more weeks go by and no update phone calls on how it’s going. Fast forward to today, March 11, 2022, So I finally told my husband just to go pick up our paperwork and will see someone else. Once he got all of our tax information he noticed the current year was missing in the file and had to go back in and grab them. When he brought them home two years of the taxes were mixed together and a piece of his taxes are still missing.

Well, the lady was nice. Price was high. Thought I would be getting more back on an amended taxes after claiming single zero dependents to switching claiming my two dependents I don't think it was worth it to pay $300. Which was not my fault in the first place. It was the original prepares.

If I do need help with my return, I would go to the Lakeport office again. The people (ladies) in this office were very nice and knew what they were doing. What I enjoyed the most was pleasant conversations, laughing, and feeling comfortable amid all the conformities with the plague/flu/virus. Thank you Jacquie

The absolute worst experience I could ever have imagined. I turned my paperwork in around the end of February, I didn't receive communication until April 23rd via phone message, saying that an email had been sent with questions needing answers. After I checked my email, noticed the first attempt from the previous day was wrong email address, but answered the questions and sent back. Didn't hear anything, so sent a follow up email on May 12 and didn't hear anything until 4:00pm Sunday 5/16, the day before the deadline, saying were going to have to file an extension because I owe a lot of money and she claimed to not receive the email I replied back to hers. I ended up making 2 trips that evening to sign documents that although she explained the filing would not be electronically filed were just that. I felt as a tax professional she should not have taken that long to do what I was able to do in previous years in 2-3 days. She discounted me $71 so I only paid $260 for this!
