Lakeport Transmission was recommended to me by my regular mechanic for help with a transmission problem. I have had work done there twice now for different issues and they are thorough and very trustworthy, they give you all the information to make decisions no high pressure! They are also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop!!

I would not listen to the negative reviews. My transmission messed up while I was in the area visiting from Sacramento, they had a full schedule but they understood my situation and were able to take a look at my car the same day! They even went as far to try and help me book a rental car and a place to stay for the night Incase they had to order parts. Thankfully, it ended up being a minor fix and I was out the same day, and the repairs didn’t break the bank either!Thank you all for saving my butt or I would have been stranded out here. Highly recommend!!

I'm very happy I have found a quality transmission repair shop. Called for an appointment, vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I felt they were very professional. To me the price was very reasonable for the services rendered.

The bad reviews are true. They do not care how long it takes to complete simple labor. They had my duramax diesel for almost a month to do a days worth of labor. I will never bring work to this shop again. The only reason I took my truck here is because it was close but it would have been worth it to get it towed anywhere else.

I found the team at lakeport transmission to be outstandingly friendly and informative. It's a family run business owner by Bruce and his wife. Though vivid was in their way and had quite a few jobs to do besides my truck they were sediment about making Sure I was happy and felt comfortable getting my work done at their shop. I owe these folks a debt of gratitude and am pleased with the work they performed. They got me back on the road and understood how important it was that my truck and money maker was fixed so I could make the best of things. I highly recommend this shop.thanks guys.

I am very pleased with the entire experience . They went the extra mile and inspected the front and rear differential and added the needed fluid that I had no idea was needed . The work was completed in the time estimated .Service: Transmission
