I was very satisfied with Lincare until they moved customer service out State. Now, if I have problem I have to reach a call center and wait for them to contact me. Really spooky when you depend on the service so heavily.

It took several months to get an appointment which sucked. But once I was able to get in the staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Marcella helped and she was amazing. My machine was malfunctioning and she got it sorted promptly. I hope if I ever have issues again I get her help.

Marcella what's a joy to have as an instructor for our seminar she was very patient with me and my questions just all around good experience. Definitely recommend them highly.
