Trust the reviews on Yelp, not Google. I walked in and immediately noticed that it smelled kinda bad. Some guy named Victor or Vince told me that he couldn't help me replace my phone and that I would have to go to a regular Us Cellular store. I went to the Clearlake location instead and they were able to help me with a new phone!

I recently went in to select her to get phone service in internet. I was told I had 10 days of return to the system. If it didn't work the system never worked. I never got phone service. Never got internet and then you try to charge me over a Over a $100 in fees, they tried to charge me with stalking fee for devices. I never was able to connect to dear Jeff jeff. The associate that told me the system never gave me any type of quality service. He only was there for the. When I had problems hooking it up, he passed the problem on to the other girls were in there and told them he didn't want to talk to us Amor Omar, the manager took days to respond to any questions that they sent him 2. He has no customer service fees service either. I would not recommend this company to anybody I had nothing but poor service except everywhere there for a girl named Heather. She was awe Some I was told I had 10 days to return to cancel the service and not told about any fees. Or Charges, then I was overcome by all the emails from their company. Telling me I' Owed more money.I'm eldie and disabled and they took advantage of me. I feel very just grunted and would not recommend this place. Anybody or the service cause they absolutely suck
