“CVS Pharmacy staff are often overwhelmed and overworked I would suggest increasing the number of staff during peak-traffic hours, as well as increasing their hourly pay or salary when working more than 34 hours a week. I would suggest having one extra staff on the main store floor at the CVS on 11th Street, Lakeport CA from 12pm - 7pm. There is often a long line to check out and there are often no staff available to help shoppers with inventory/questions during those hours.”

“We were fortunate to have the Lakeport Safeway bakery (Peggy and staff) make us a cake for a special day on Jan 2nd. The two-tiered cake was over-the-top beautiful, exactly as we'd hoped. With minimal instructions, Peggy took the desired general idea and created a masterpiece. The beautiful design matched the yummy taste as well. We just want to acknowledge the bakery staff for an excellent job and it was ready exactly on-time and delivered to our vehicle. Thank you again,”
