They were able to get me a last-minute reservation, even though there was a big fishing tournament going on. Room looked out over a large grassy area at the lake and the view was fabulous. BBQ's and picnic table right on outside the back door with covered patio. We cooked some steaks, and ate watching the sunset. Path for walking, pool, ping pong, and a gorgeous, mature Valley oak that I gave a very large hug to. Rooms are basic, but clean and well stocked. Staff are super helpful and friendly and made our last-minute stay memorable. Thank you

Beautiful location, good service but terrible atrocious rooms not updated since the 80s maybe, no fire sprinklers, but fire alarms not networked. The bathrooms have no vent except the single pane window with no bug screen. I guess you won't notice the sinking sink and ancient light switches that some don't work. Rooms are very clean, and big lots of space. Mini fridge and microwave are ok but the bed pillows and linens are some of the worst I've had. Towels look clean though. The bed is horrible rock hard. Overall it is clean and acceptable, but this is supposed to be the best in town and that is sad, plus very pricey for that. I've stayed at newer places that cost half as much and were better. Yes at least the service is ok and it's clean so it's not horrible, but there is nothing good about the rooms. All you can say is it's not bad, and that is better than bad, but complete robbery when they overcharge like they're a destination hotel. I guess you're paying for the lake and the view. I thought it would be better than the other hotel next door and it is cleaner for 40 dollars a night more, I guess lake county is a dirty place in general, but the lack of bathroom fan, plus horrible bed, clean, but hard as a rock, it's only really a tiny bit better than the other hotel in Lakeport. The rain gutters are falling down and the security camera is pointing at the bathroom in room 116 so it's not like they're maintaining it all that well.

Customer service was amazing. Had a flight delayed and they were great about getting checked in. Hairdryer was broken but it wasn't that big of a deal. Rooms were clean and the ac was lovely.

I called a week ago to see if they was availability and no one called me back. The lady who picked up the phone said she isn’t in front of the computer see the room. She said someone will call me the next day and nothing.

My sister and I had such a a perfect relaxing vacay. People were so nice and respectful of the rules. We will be back every year.

Beautiful property with a bunch of grass and lakefront view and a friendly town. I enjoyed my stay here. Love the friendly atmosphere.

Very clean rooms. Not fancy, but had what we needed. Friendly staff. Quiet, even though our room faced the parking lot and pool. Good location, about 1/2 mile from the town center. We will go back.

It was great. Pool was awesome. They had ice cream at 2pm. Wine tasting at 5pm. Lawn bingo at 7:30. We had a 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen. Very nice!

Booked three days to become familiar with the area. Extended our stay by a couple more. We were very happy with our room and the staff are friendly doing everything to accommodate us including as many extra towels as my wife was asking for : ) If we return to the Clearlake area this will be where we stay.

Really cozy motel with beautiful view, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms have been remodeled recently and very clean and comfortable.

We had ants all over, the beds were harder than rock, the housekeepers stole things that were left behind, the shower was falling apart, the room was dirty when we first checked in! Over all worst experience ever in a hotel
