I would give them no starts if I could. Renters beware!! Nice does not equal trust worthy. My storage unit was broken into and I was deceived. Many items were stolen and the thief got away with it.
The manager kept very important information from me. Well more like lied to me. Make sure no one sees what you are storing not even the employees.
When our unit was broken into and property was stolen they called us the next day. Why did they wait! What is there to hide? I should not have to visit every weekend to check my unit. We entrusted our property to the facility to be safe from damage and theft. That is why we are paying the extra $$ to insure our property. You should have cameras in every floor to deter theft. We should have been offered free storage. Bad business model to hide the truth. Bad experience!!! We were offered way less than what the property was worth about 50% less. Warning⚠️ property will get stolen.
8/2024 Update-not sharing my full name for a reason. I don't trust your company and the employees.
8/29/25- a year later still have not asked me to come by to rectify the issue.
10/19/25: Thinking back on this terrible experience. Manager out right lied. She said suspect left empty handed. He did not. She admitted as such. Watch out!!

They called us the next day. Why wait! What is there to hide, the fact that our storage units are not safe. I should not have to visit every weekend to check my unit. We entrusted our property to the facility to be safe from damage and theft. That is why we are paying the $12 extra to insure our property. You should have cameras in every floor to deter theft. We should have been offered a year of free storage. Bad business model to hide the truth. Bad experience! I don't want to pay for bad insurance. We were offered way less than what the property was worth. ⚠️ Items might get stolen.

Right off the bat, this place is hard to get in to from any direction! We didn't realize how hard it is to go through elevators for access to the lower priced units that we could afford. And if that's not enough, they have a nasty habit of razing there prices whenever the mood strikes...d;^(

Had the best experience and actually rented a space then and there. The attendant was very professional and she helped us with all questions. We were just looking for the moment but she took the liberty of asking us if we wanted to see any units now. We were happy to look as she offered so quickly. Thanks again!

Very easy and straightforward. The staff are very polite and are always there to answer any questions I have. The storage area is always very clean. Plenty of carts to move your belongings around.

Very immaculate facilities with great security. Very convenient, and I could ask for nothing better. Highly recommended. Storage fees are going up all around but A1 in Lakeside is worth the price.
