Bait and switch. I called and got a price over the phone then they charged my credit card double. Luckily I filed a charge chargebsck and got my money back. Very dishonest not to mention they sell very cheap tires that won't last. A friend of mine bought a tire from them last year and now his tire is starting to crack on the outside.

First time buying RV tires. Cost was a shocker and resulted in over 16 hours of research trying to save money. I wound up right back at Border Tires due to good prices on their range of brands and perceived lack of BS which proved correct at install. This facility is a little bit of a drive for me, but I believe it was worth it. I was also able to go for the high quality Michelins, a luxury I'm not usually capable of financially. Nice facility, skilled and courteous crew/staff, answered my questions pleasantly thank you. A special shoutout to Timothy M. who fielded my emails quickly and patiently.

Bait and switch scam. I called and got a out the door price for a tire and when they charged my card it was double the price. If anyone has any issues with this company, they can file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) Their license number is 294470. The BAR will assign an investigator to the case. I would also file a charge back with your bank. Hope this helps any one out there.

Good Day - I had a casualty to my tire on a bobcat only to find out from Andres' that it was NOT a tire, but that of a track! This is not the first time this gentleman has assisted me in a repair or service call. His professionalism and expertise in his field is AWESOME. There have been other instances with Andres' always being enthusiastic and available to help our company with our fleet of vehicles for service...treats me, like others, like I am "Head Of The Class"... Please recognize Andres' for his dedication and motivation to make other employees feel that he is the first line when a casualty occurs and his "team" is on-the-ball to assist, making the blue-collar worker, "typical Joe", feel very comfortable!

So I had a tire on my big rig go down called Border Tire in Lakeside CA talked with Tim he sent out a technician named Michael and I gotta tell y'all Michael was FANTASTIC! He was not only quick getting out on location to me he was very professional fast and friendly.. He fixed up the tire that needed it and then checked and put air in the other tires on my truck... Thanks y'all for all ur help! Excellent service!! One other thing in my opinion y'all need to promote Michael and give him a raise!!!

Andres at Border Tire is - as described by others - awesome. I had some dual tire extenders installed, and he and his team did a great job. I should've thought a little farther ahead, because I decided it would be a good plan to add TPMS to the wheels. Andres was able to get the valve extensions angled so that the sensors would fit perfectly. Then, he continued going over and above by fabricating protection for the extensions. I recommend these guys highly. Everyone's friendly and takes time to explain the options that exist and what will probably be the best ones. When I need tires or alignment from now on, I know where I'll be getting the work done.
