This is the only Chase branch I will go inside..the rest always seem to mess things up..All the employees here are GREAT and really choose to help people plus most the times they remember my preferences like separate reciepts or always give envelope when I withdraw cash...LOVE this branch great customer service ?

Sorry, this review is overdue...So grateful to still have people who take CUSTOMER SEFVICE Seriously, while it's lost nowadays. This is no other than Salim JR.This man is exceptional, professional, mindful, dedicated to his work and very knowledgeable.Every time i go in, he is EAGER to help, even if he has an appt coming. Then tries to fit me in during the day.He has been able to help my son open a CC, and assist me with various issue any other banker would not have taken the time to do.JR goes beyond. This truly shows his character as a human being and a passion for his work. He is also very kind, polite. Very pleasant to deal with and will make you at ease to solve your banking issues.Wish there were just a few more like him around...I was so impressed by his work and how he's always treated us at the branch. I decided one day to bring him a Starbucks gift card because he always has a one cup on his desk. So i figured he must like Starbucks! I happened to get there just as he was leaving the building for lunch and handed him the gift.JR Salim kindly declined the gift, although I insisted. He said he was not allowed to take any gift from his customers. Although this was outside of the bank by the parking lot. He did not want to get in trouble.WOW, that speaks VOLUME on his INTEGRITY and loyalty to his employment. I need chase to know this. I was disappointed, of course, because I truly like to RECOGNIZE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I do this anywhere im impressed or impacted by amazing people who make a difference into people's lives everyday.Thank you so much JR. This bank was nothing but a mess before you came on board. There was never anyone available to handle issues. You saved the day. I hope they keep you here as long as we must need you. Take care and wishing you the VERY BEST in your endeavors

CROOKS! Been with this bank for over 18 years then they decide to drop me with no explanation. then charge me to move my money to another bank then charged me $150.00 non ATM fee $150.00! who does that? took the advice of the teller and got screwed. THESE GUY'S ARE CROOKS!!

my experience absolutely suckedafter watching all the adds about "a new way to bank" and the actors that just walk in and are attended to right away, i experience the opposite. i wished to simply add my wife to an account that should only take 5 minutes but Chase tells me i don't need an appointment and just walk but will need my wife there as well. So i quit work early enough to race home to get her and back track for miles to the nearest Chase bank before 5:00. Only to be told that i need an appointment!!!!!then every other branch i called did not have 5 minutes for me - i am taking all my money out of Chase today

I have been banking at Chase in Lakeside, CA for over 10 years now. They are always friendly and professional. Even though Chase is a large multinational company, the Lakeside branch feels more like a small hometown bank. The tellers and manager always recognize you and make you feel welcome.

Out of quarters? Really? Albertsons has quarters but not chase. This is crazy. Quinn and the other Teller with the Pony tail were super helpful. I had an issue with overdraft fees. Quinn was very sympathetic and did all he could to help me. There was a line but he didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time. The personal banker or manager lady was not nice at all. She also grilled me about what Quinn told me and said she was gonna “talk” to him like he was gonna get in trouble. Really not cool lady. She seems like a power tripper of the highest degree. I would take a star off but I don’t want it to detract from Quinn’s 5 stars.

Update: out of quarters? Seriously ? Albertsons has quarters but not chase. On a Friday. Something sounds fishy. Staff is always super nice and helpful. They didn't give me a hard time when I wanted to withdraw my money from my unemployment B of A prepaid card. They let you buy rolls of quarters too. I have always enjoyed going into this branch. Awful!!! We came in to close accounts due to awful service!! We were told by the teller that she had to take my phone number and wait outside. We were told 20 minutes...30 minutes we walk in and there is a person sitting with the person that was suppose to help us. The lady then says she had no idea we were waiting and she was told to call us and schedule an appt. The person became very rude and got her manager. The manager then tries to tell a story and gets caught in her lie!!! So pissed that just because we wanted to close an account they tried to make it miserable for us. We will be back to close out all accounts thanks to Madison, Sabrina and Carla! We are not going to bank somewhere with such awful customer service! We have been customers for a long time!!!

This is my go to Chase bank. I make frequent deposits and they get me in and out right away. No complaints!
