This store is an absolute failure! The sales women Johanna is rude to both customers and her co-workers. She is demanding and absolutely disrespectful. However the other guy is very kind and that's the only reason I go there. Please find another employee besides her. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid it here! Management needs to step in and get that spoiled girl under control and give that guy a raise! He was so kind while she belittled him and treated us horribly.

Went here on black Fri to get a new phone. Isaiah and Rachel both Helped me get the plan and phone I needed. They both were so nice and patient, and it was delightful for both of them to help. This is the best store I've been to in the east county in a long time. Other places the Reps can be rude. Kudos to both of you.

Here is my story from my personal experience last night (11/16/24):
I waited patiently for my turn to be helped. The man in front of me had someone on speaker phone and they were speaking in a different language. I took notice that the worker (Madilyn) was being spoken to/about very rudely as I don't speak the language but can understand it pretty well. I got the feeling Madilyn could understand them too. After the man left Madilyn was able to keep herself grounded and move on from a hostile customer to me with ease. She was informative and friendly and eager to help me. She got me what I needed and we even managed to share a laugh. It was a very good experience for me so I wanted to personally recognize Madilyn and say thank you publicly 💜 ✨

Jose is by far the best sales associate they have. He spent 4 hours on hold to get my phone working as well as getting me a major discount. If you want good service go there. You won't be disappointed!
