“This place is usually clean, well organized, well stocked, and the people that work there are friendly+helpful. Sometimes there's only 1 person to ring up a lot of customers, but that's everywhere I go these days.”
“Linda was so awesome. I needed 16 balloons and she was so patient and kind helping me get what I needed. She called for backup and walked over to help me with a smile. She made me laugh too. Great experience and so many cool things”
“Best dollar tree I have been to! The shelves are stocked, clean, and organized. There are plenty of things available and it is easy to navigate and find everything.”
“Staff is always so friendly here and things are always stocked. They have a good variety of food and miscellaneous things like nail supplies and household items.”
“First time visiting, and I stopped in on a Wednesday evening around 5:30 PM. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items they had! They had everything from school supplies to food, and the selection was much better than I expected.
They even had burger buns, sliced bread, hot dog buns, and an entire aisle filled with chips! 🤯 I was seriously impressed. Everything was well-stocked, and I found so many useful items.
I highly recommend checking this Dollar Tree out. I’ll definitely be returning!”
“I’ve never really had a bad experience here. I usually visit at night, and the staff is quiet but always approachable whenever I have a question. The store is typically well-organized and clean, which I appreciate. Not to mention they have a wide selection of various snacks, household items, and etc!! I definitely enjoy stopping by for snacks!”
“Katelynn was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions patiently and made everything easy to understand. Great customer service and a very positive attitude. Thank you, Katelynn!”
“The people I met recently were most friendly and sweet. But I do have to complain about a cashier doing a while ago that was obnoxious and violated basic queue logic.
Buyer 1 who was third in line in Line A, had three items. Line B then opened. So that buyer went to be the first at Line B. But the cashier STOPPED that buyer and forced them to wait, just to bring the buyer second in Line A over. For the record, Buyer A had only like a handful of items, Line A was NOT exceptionally slow. Buyer B had a full cart of items! Even Buyer B was confused.
The cashier shouldn’t have to do such things, it’s first come first serve for cashier lines for efficiency. The cashier should ONLY EVER pull from the front of another line if it is exceptionally slow. Still, why pull someone with a full cart from the front of even an exceptionally slow/long line to get first dibs in a newly open line, when someone with just one item has already made it there? Not everyone buyer will be aware enough to let the person with one item ahead. All of this serves as “accommodation” that only wastes more time and effort. Another scenario even: if someone makes it to line 1 with a lot of items, is in a hurry but isn’t gonna mention anything for politeness sake, only for the cashier to pull Person B who has an equal amount of items from the front of another average line. It’s just, by this same logic, should the buyer who stayed inside the store the longest be given dibs as the first one to pay, out of everyone currently present in the store?
This was a quite a mundane rant I went on but it really was annoying. Another good thing, it seems the possibly bigoted older male employee is gone, the one who many have reported acted weird to them from treating them rudely, to searching bags and following them. Relief.”
“Always fully stocked. Good customer service (they great you as. you walk in and as you leave).
A lot of parking.
Only downside, it can be scary at night if there's beggers/homeless people by the entrance.”
“Said was extremely respectful and assisted me with my items quickly and efficiently yesterday . In my experience, other employees often take longer and may seem unsure of what they’re doing, but Said truly stood out by going above and beyond. He even helped me package my items and carried my groceries out to my car, since the carts aren’t allowed past the exit—something no other employee has done for me before. I really appreciate his excellent service and want to thank both Said and the Dollar Store for such a great experience.”
