Just went to KRC today 11/ 22/23 girl of front was rude to another level. I wanted to start an acct seemed too much work for her. I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

If you're in San diego, especially if you're in East County, every One of our neighbors gets their rock from krc..For all of their succulent gardens, creeks / retaining wall projects, everything.. my neighbor Ethan just had a $4000 retaining wall put in ..all of the stone supplied by KRCI don't see any competitor that would even be worthwhile... So that makes his review pretty simple, buy at KRC rock

We had previously purchased San Juaquin rock here at this location. Last week, we stopped by and before ordering in person, we checked the sample/display box they had at the store to make sure it was similar to the previous order. On Monday, 3 yards were delivered. Even after hosing the rocks down they do not look anything like the San Jauquin rocks in their sample display case at their store. (see photos) Nor do they look similar with our previous delivery(rocks in our median strip in the photos) We understand it’s natural stone so there will always be some color inconsistency with each batch. But what we got delivered to our home is not even close. We spoke to the Manager and asked if we could simply EXCHANGE some of the rocks we got with some blue ones. To better match the samples at the store. Afterall, the batch we got are still in front of our house and not used, not hard installed. Nope, not a chance. I guess the adage “the customer is always right” does not apply here. What a lousy way to treat customers. What a lousy way to do business. We’ll never, ever, come back.

KRC has good prices and a great selection. Samantha was a pleasure to work with! She was very professional and informative. She helped me change my order, when I decided to go with a different product. I would definitely go to KRC for any future landscape projects.

I just had the BEST experience shopping for rocks. KRC has some of the best pricing, variety, customer service. We are re landscaping our front yard.. so we original went to RCP, but I was quite disappointed in their price and selection. They hardly had any boulders. But when I got to KRC, it was boulder heaven. I also want to give a shout out to the two hard working gentleman on the field. They were super helpful and also humorous. Both of them were super nice and answered any questions we had. We had a fun game of guess how heavy the boulder was, and one gentleman was on the dot. When we got into the office, Charlie and Samantha were also so warm, welcome , and helpful. They were Super nice and didn’t make us feel like we were asking them stupid questions . I REALLY appreciated speaking with them. Charlie was super helpful in helping us understand and calculating how much material we needed. Super nice guys. He addressed our every concern, without rushing us. Samantha helped us process our transaction and was super thorough explaining line by line and delivering procedures. She was such a delight!! Besides price, this really sets the company aside from other rock companies. Highly recommend . 10/10 experience, quality, and price!!
