These people are the worst. Frank the supervisor cancelled my truss calculations because the receptionist, who I guess he is dating, told him I had been rude to her... She took my CC but didn't process the transaction, so when I called and asked her when she was going to do it because I had to tell the owner, she told her boyfriend I had been rude. He didn't even asked ME what had happened! If I treated my clients like that, I wouldn't have any. Don't do business with Mission Truss. They are not trained in customer service.

Mission Trusses help us to complete our framing as a home owner builder,They came out to the site and did the measurements,Good job .

They sent the truss to the wrong address and then didn’t try to immediately send it to the correct address and since the truss is just sitting in their yard, my contractor is now arranging his own means of transporting the truss. Horrible experience as we are up against a tight deadline.

3 different stories from 3 different people from the same company on my trusses. Called, lady answered the phone. A salesman called back. Quoted higher than average price and a 3 day time frame. He said it was a small job and he could squeeze it in between other jobs. I needed the trusses quick. He said they can do it no problem. I called back to confirm, and the lady who answered the phone had NO INFORMATION on the order details. She connected me with the owner! Everything I asked about the trusses and delivery date, he kept asking about the money! Upfront etc. I always pay upfront anyways. I asked to talk to the same person who took the order and no luck. Won't do business here again. That is just my personal experience.

I ordered from them and once they were delivered ended up calling back with an issue that was my fault. When I went to talk to somebody they were professional quick and helpful. Rain was coming soon and I needed a roof they were able to help me with my problems. Definitely good company and great service.

Called your number 4 times starting at 4:15, the automated message give you some options but since i don't have an extension number or name i chose the "talk to operator" option. Figured that an operator would tell me who i need to talk to to get a price on Trusses for a new home. I figured wrong because all that did was keep taking me in a circle to an operator that doesn't answer with a live voice just keeps sending me to the same voice mail. I can understand if you're closed and there is no live operator but shouldn't you provide an option to leave a message? or how about an extension to talk to someone in Sales? I guess you are so busy you don't need any new business but then what happens when things turn and customers remember the poor service they got from Mission, then its you that will be asking for business.
