Purchased a 2017 Mini John Cooper Works with 70k miles on the clock from RevIt Motors. Engine blew up 3 months in. Had zero compression in one cylinder and found bits of my piston ring in the oil pan. “We inspect all the cars we sell” right? $11,000 engine swap bill ? Thanks guys ?

So what your says is you get no kickbacks from the bank or any of the reserve? I find that hard to believe since the information is standard practice in 2016. Then why would you say you get no money off financing when it is standard practice between banks and dealerships? Again I don't mind a profit, your not working for your health. I do mind the deception with regards to financing and taking advantage of other people's difficult situation. As long as you are 100% upfront about the financing and what you are getting from the bank that I the buyer am paying for, then you have nothing to worry about. Are you saying that you and your sales reps are 100% honest to the customer? All the time?

2 months of ownership into my Mini I purchased from them in July 2022, engine started misfiring and I did a compression test to find ZERO compression in cylinder 2 with coolant present in the piston chamber.Post-teardown of the engine, we found a crack in the cylinder head resulting in coolant leaking into the chamber and a $7000 rebuild now on my plate. Thanks guys!

Bought an f150 From Daniel. 36 days later had it towed! Starter was bad, not a big deal. Daniel was very condescending, and not very nice!! I’m sure he he will make a comment to this comment. Probably that I called him at 7 pm. Complaining! ! Lol.

I was in need of a family sized SUV and Esteban was not only able to get me a great price but he waited for me to get off work and stayed late to complete all the paperwork. I can't say enough amazing things. 15 out of 10.

This was the the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I felt Esteban was very real/down to earth. Not pushy, not desperate, and I feel he is a genuinely trustworthy guy. If we're in the market for another vehicle we will be coming back. Thank you sir! I wish you success and all the best.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Rev It Motors. The experience was phenomenal. Sales to the incredible service team associated with this place is by far the best experience I have ever had buying a used vehicle in Southern CA in the last 22 years. Thank You Dan and team!

Purchased a truck for my son. Esteban was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions. Never once had the dread I typically feel when purchasing a used car. He and the owner Dan were both quick to respond to my texts/calls/concerns.

I just bought my first car here not long ago. The gentleman who helped me was named Esteban. He was great!! He did everything he could to make sure the process was smooth and easy, he did all he could to find my the best deal with the easiest payments, and he actually was able to find me a really good one, so I was really grateful. This place is definitely a 10/10 from me, very glad I had such good help.

Esteban was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Not the typical car salesman that will just try to steal your trade in. Recommend steps to get the most out of our trade in. Was very fast at getting the deal done. Honest prices vehicles. Recommend this place to friends.

PEOPLE WORTH READING!! We have bought from this establishment 2x which means we didn't learn the first time.. We bought a UGLY gold Honda Accord that was forced on us by Jeremy the " sales guy " who NEVER gave us an opportunity to look at other cars.. Us being in desperate need and bad credit we decided it was better then nothing.. Well in a short time the car had issues, so we took it to they're mechanic.. I had bad vibes from him and didn't trust he had a clue to what he was doing, but again we were desperate.. We were hoping the warranty covered the issues which it did.. I had to take it back for another issue and it of course wasn't covered under warranty.. I had no choice but to fix it and at this time I had NEVER been told by any of Rev It's staff that I could go elsewhere to have the car fixed.. So this mechanic tells me oh it's your fuel system I'm like great that's expensive so I got the price and said well fix it.. He calls me a day later telling me all this crap it needs which I was blown away cause the price kept going up so I said wait I can't afford so DO NOT do that.. He tells me oh I already did, like what the hell I didn't approve take it off.. He's like I can't it needed it, he changed any and all parts that may have been causing the issue.. What a total idiot he couldn't properly diagnose the car so he did everything it could have been.. Somehow when he was doing all this he cut my CV boot and didn't repair it so there again I had to have it fixed.. Don't worry I got smart and had a REAL mechanic fix that, mind you who ONLY fixed that and didn't break anything on the car.. So here we are I believe 2yrs later my step son is desperate so we're like oh lord here we go to Rev It anyone gets approved here.. I told my step son DO NOT let Jeremy sell you anything.. He was apparently the only one that day or somehow he got Jeremy mind you the homeless dress and look better.. He looks very dirty, holes in clothes.. So my step son ended up with a Chevy Cruze total POS car to begin with in my eyes.. A few days go by he breaks down it needs to be towed so Rev It towed it and the mechanic "looked it over" hmmm did he well supposedly it was an easy fix.. Never told we can use our own mechanic yet.. So a day or two later they say the car is ready, I'm unsure if this is the time my step son came out of pocket over $300 or the 2nd time.. So after it supposedly being fixed a month or less goes by I'm not sure how long but the car does SAME thing and breaks down on him again.. We somehow get it back to Rev It's shop and the mechanic says " oh yea I can fix it".. So again he has less then a few days and my step son is missing work AGAIN.. Now here we are a 3rd time car is doing the same as the 1st, and 2nd time we are absolutely FURIOUS.. We go to Rev It shop it's wide open NOT a soul there so we go to the sales office and are told there is NO mechanic and the owner is out of town.. We text the owner cause we could careless what he's doing this is his damn problem that he has no mechanic.. So at the sales shop they say oh you can use your own mechanic as long as he's ASE certified.. We have a great well known mechanic who BTW can properly diagnose your car and fix it the first time around.. So we NEVER heard from the owner till I texted him letting him know I was reporting his company and we want our money back for the job his incompetent mechanic did.. He was booo whoooing about what I said about his employees ha.. Well bottom line is that it's been to a shop 4x for this issue.. Our mechanic had it the 2nd time and seen the 2nd hose Rev it's mechanic put on TOO tight causing pin holes around the connecting part of hose were the clamp was.. The first hose was NOT even the correct hose so we paid almost $500 on top of the amount paid to Rev it for the same damn issue.. We have filed complaints with 3 different agencies and were told it takes time to get a response becaus

Bought a 2002 Ferrari from Dan. Found out car was not smogged. Dan has now had the car for two months trying to fix and smog, can’t register, title not complete. After two months all of the sudden my car was in an accident the day I was going to pick it up and have Ferrari fix.Stay tuned as a local network investigative reporter is interested in doing a segment on car dealers and Rev It Motors.Be careful when buying from Rev It, they have not been upfront and Dan thinks he can squirm his way through. If you experienced anything similar contact me as I have someone who can help.
