I’ve had this storage for 4 months and I’ve never had an issue until today. I saw waaaaay too many roaches as I was walking down the hall. They were scattering around the ground and walls and It was disgusting. I normally store holiday decor/clothes/blankets and I definitely don’t want roaches coming into my home when I bring things back in, so I will definitely be moving my stuff out ASAP.

I've had a storage unit at this facility for a little over 2 years. The place is clean. The management knows what they're doing. and Rafa is always willing to help.
Thank You for Rafa, for your PROFESSIONALISM. Its rare these days to get help from employee's that know what they are doing and know there job. I hope you plan on keeping this job for a long time. or at least as long as I am here. LOL

🌟The Clerk was Extremely Knowledgeable and Very Helpful. I explained my Storage Need and was promptly provided a Unit at a Fair Price that fit my Very Needs. A Great Peace of mind that my very hard-earned belongings are going to be Safe!! Also, Easy to get to. Couldn't ask for more than StaxUP Storage Provides in a storage company!! Highly Recommend!! Homeless people living inside the unit next to my unit. They take the only cart into the unit with them and close the door behind them. Homeless people outside with piles of junk.
No staff on site EVER. I have neverver seen anyone working there. No security keeping an eye on the place.
Automated, battery powered locks have kept me out of my unit at least 3 times in the last year. Takes an hour for someone to drive out from another location to swap batteries in the lock form a neighboring unit then when battery does I'm locked out again.
When I need to pay rent I have to go to a separate location because there is NEVER any staff at the lakeside Ave location, then the door is locked at the other location and nobody answering the phone.
The place makes a lot of the rent of the units and they can't staff the property? This place is a cash cow. They just collect the money.
I'd seriously look somewhere else.

So far, I'm very pleased with my experience here at StaxUp Storage. Ashley was very helpful and welcoming.
The unit was clean. The only thing I didn't care for ... Was the stairs. The elevator is strickly for your belongings. I got a great price. So I can't complain.
