The guy in the office was rude and made me feel like I was bother him when I asked about renting a unit. There are homeless people yelling and arguing around the lot fence. They said they price match, but when presented with proof from another facility, they just said No I won't do that. Terrible customer service.

I have been with these guys for a few years and always and still have awesome customer service. When there is a problem or issue no matter what it is they always have a solution or answer . I am 800 miles away and still know my stuff is safe and in good hands thanks Charles five stars

We recently needed to find storage for a travel trailer. Charles, the manager of Super Storage is a wonderful, kind, helpful person who was fantastic to work with. We were referred by a friend that had great things to say about him. Kaelin, a young man that works there was also great to work with. If we ever need a storage space again, we'll definitely be back!

Hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a storage facility. Charles & his associates are very welcoming to all people, has excellent communication skills, and genuinely has their customers best interest in mind. I stored my car at Superstorage for almost 2 years, and not once did I have any issues. 5/5 stars! & thank you guys for the great experience.

The staff is super friendly. The prices are definitely reasonable. And they have an onsight staff that lives there. So its definitely secure!
