This office its so efficient and cordial.
We came here after La Mesa office cancelled our passport appointments 3 times due to staff shortage. Rosie went above and beyond to help us get our passport application completed in less than 15 min, she is very knowledgeable kind and understanding. We are really grateful and pleased with her service at this office!

had the best experience here, ralph was SO kind and helpful with getting a deployment package out that another usps had given me a hard time about. he was quick and got us in and out with no hassle. very friendly and nice guy !

I wish i could give it more stars because the workers have always been kind and helpful and the issues i have are out of their hands. This location doesnt have an after hours machine like santee where you can buy postage and mail letters/boxes. The kiosk of boxes & whatnot is locked up inside & not accessible after hours. I dont think the po boxes are accessible after hours either. We gotta brand new library recently but what we shouldve got was a new post office.

Had an appt at 11:45 for my passport. Got there at 11:30 and the lovely lady took me a soon as she was done with the customer ahead of me. She was very efficient and nice. I was finished in 10 minutes and out before my actual appt time. Thank you!!

I went to ship a package in the large box as a flat rate which was ok. The problem is when she made me buy tape to tape up the box!! That is insane. I will never come back or refer anyone to come to this usps. That’s a joke. This office is a joke. And I will make sure everyone knows it!

I have no complaints about the actual post office, but I wish something would be done about USPS deliveries. I live on Willow Rd in Lakeside and my packages are never delivered to my house or my mailbox.

I got here late 15 minutes but they took me in a fill up application for my passport lady. She was wonderful customer service. It was excellent. It didn’t take me not even 30 minutes. It’s a small post office but it’s great to have somebody understand your situation. they deserve five star.

I don't know how many times in a year the mailman either gets confused by my address and brings the package back to the post office or puts it in the wrong locked box which I don't have access to. Probably 3 or 4 times. But still what's so hard about delivering the mail? My solution. Random drug test these people. And maybe try answering the phone once in a while. You government workers have it way too easy.
