The service at this pharmacy is very bad. The line is always long and unorganized. Many times, they send me a message saying the medication is ready for pickup, but when I get there, it’s not ready. It’s just a waste of time. They also charge money even though my insurance covers the prescription. Very frustrating experience, and I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

Only go here if you don't care about getting your correct medication dose, or getting your medication on time.
I have had nothing but trouble since my prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid to Walgreens. On multiple occasions Walgreens filled my prescription at the wrong, lower dose. When I brought this to their attention, I was forced to pay an additional copay to correct their error, and then the EXACT SAME MISTAKE happened again the following month.
More recently, I have been told my prescription is “on order” for two weeks, leaving me without necessary medication. This has created serious risks to my health and well-being. I have also spent long periods of time (> 90 minutes) on hold trying to get answers, with no clear resolution. I have had it and am transferring my prescriptions (if I can ever get through on the phone, as I'm still on hold).

Was notified my order was ready via phone call and mobile app. Waited 25 mins in line and was informed that they had no order for me ready and was told to come back tomorrow.

Ordered my refilled 3 days before and said it’ll be ready today by noon. I went to pick up at 6pm, waited in the long drive thru for 30 mins already. Finally got to the front, the guy in there said it’ll be 5 mins. Told me to pull my car around go back the end of the line and it should be ready. He was very condescending in telling me again to pull my car around and get back in line. Why so rude to customers as I was about to say can I wait in the store instead. If I had another pharmacy near by I would never come here. I give this place a zero star!

Worst pharmacy every, waited 3 hours for pain meds and every time I checked in they kept saying another half hour as I'm sitting there in pain. No care in the world, tried to ask what's taking so long and didn't care to listen.

The people working are doing their best but geeeesshh are they under staffed. 90 min phone hold times, long lines in person, etc. I do not recommend this spot if you have other options available.

I’ve honestly never seen such a dis functional pharmacy. Every time i come to get prescriptions there’s a problem. Online it says the prescription has been filled and I received a text to come pick it up when I get there they say they don’t have anything filled and or they have to call the dr. This is every month. I’ve been dealing with this for over a year. I’m now changing pharmacies.Never had this problem at any other Walgreens pharmacy only in Lakeside.

This company has gone down fast! Used to be a reliable pharmacy. Now the staff is so frazzled and overworked. I truly feel sorry for them, they are trying so hard.
I ordered a medication, got a reply they were out of stock (they seem to always be out of stock) then 2 days later I got a notice the prescription was ready. Was not able to pick up and got a notice today 5/5, asking if I still wanted it, I replied YES and got a notice they would hold it until 5/13. I made a special trip to get it today, 5/5 and was told at the drive thru they had no idea what I was talking about. She said maybe they put it back but couldn't even tell me what they put back. I won't go into all the details but this is getting to be normal for this store.
I am insulin dependent diabetic, they never have insulin in stock. I was told their refrigerator was too small. Seriously? Get a bigger refrigerator. I don't get insulin there anymore, in fact I think I will cut my losses and just not go there anymore.

I've been going to Walgreens since they open inside of the COVID. Shut down short help people that work. There are very friendly kind and courteous. Have gone above and beyond to help me. Win my prescriptions from the Doctor we're not signed etc. Wonderful staffmany products in their store that are somewhat cheaper than bigger stories than Butte. Love walgreensixty two years old and I will continue to shop there for all items assigned in my prescriptions

Under staffed pharmacy. If you don’t mind waiting in line forever go there. Getting sick and tired of there rudeness and taking forever to get a prescription.
