The Worst !!! I’ve been in San Diego 66 years HORRIBLE !!! Go anywhere but Walgreens Lakeside. They do not realize , or care how important their job is .

The walgreens website says you can turn in your old medications for proper disposal at the pharmacy. The pharmacist at this sore refused to accept my old medications yesterday.

Appalling how bad this place is. Wouldn't let me call to see if the can refill my adhd perscription until it's due. I called every day starting four days out, and finally on the day it was due, they told me they can't refill it because it's a controlled substance. I said that makes no sense, wait on hold for another 20 minutes, then am told they can fill it, but I'll have to wait until tomorrow because they don't have it in stock. Now I'm going without medication again. The staff assisting the pharmacist absolutely need to be fired, this is insane.

This store has the most friendly employees. They are always in a great mood and greet me when I come in. I like that I can find what I need quickly and that the store is always clean.

I just have to give a shoutout to the ladies working in the pharmacy today. When I called to check stock on a pain medication for my dog, the tech made sure to warn me that some liquid gabapentin has xylitol (super toxic to dogs). It's above and beyond for a human pharmacy to catch that!! I called back awhile later to ask whether I could possibly pick up the med in 45 minutes because I'd be in meetings after that until the pharmacy closed. They were so nice about it even though they were busy. Holly and I thank you very much for your kindness!

I had some hickup on my usual pharmacy and my prescription. When finally sorted out, after 4 calls during the day they didn't have my prescription available, and had to wait until Thursday... How didn't they say they didnt have it in stock since the begining? I asked if any other Walgreens did... By this time is 8:40 pm.closing at 9pm... I called.lakeside location, and by 8:57 I had my prescription... outstanding service, Nina and Halina

I needed some OTC meds and just happen to be in Lakeside so I stopped at this Walgreens. Pretty much like any other Walgreens. I found what I was looking for.paid and left. I like Walgreens.
