“Been coming here for year and the service is great every time. I know they shut down during covid and happy to still seeing them strive. They have brought in a new and fun candy section which are Asian and Japanese candy! It was fun to try new candy I've never seen before. They even had chips, drinks, pickles and mystery boxes that weren't carried before. They are a small business and appreciate to support them over big box stores. Keep it up!”

“Henny Secured!Was on the hunt for the rare, illusive, and illustrious White Hennessy, and here it was, in limited supply. I believe it was $76 for the 700ml, which is 50 ml less than a typical 5th. There were only a few bottles left, so call ahead if you're looking to scoop some up.The parking lot is large, but it's kind of a pain getting in and out. They had some fire ladies Champion sweats if you're looking for gifts this season.The lines were extra long today, I mean extra long. The lines were so long, a patron bum rushed the cashier aggressively, nearly demanding they open up more lanes. I was frustrated as well, so I can imagine what they were feeling. Since I was solely purchasing the two bottles of that white hen, the wait seemed just that much longer; but shout out to the young woman ahead of me, out here increasing her Karma, by so kindly letting me skip in front of her. Mobile bathrooms in the parking lot... interesting.Thanks to the crew!”

“Am very happy about costco Customer Service always Specially today at Poway tech center Dr. Here is the thing what happened to me .I did eye exam last week and order one prescription Lens . After a week they texted me to pickup the glass . Unfortunately the glass didn't great that much as well it didn't fit me well when I wear it truly uncomfortable. So I went back after two days and talk to optical department and explained what happened and what options I have either to return or exchange. And the eyeglass department manager named Kiev She Came up with No Solution and I have to keep it the glass . So bad $200 glass Spent for nothing . Even anywhere they give you 30 days exchange or refund option if you don't like it why not Costco ? This is the Best place for Customer Satisfaction no one else reached it . I called Costco Manager to Solve my Situation , to be honest I even not Stayed for 2 minutes to Solve and make me happy again for Costco Customer Service. You are So great Sir .This 5 Star Award is Yours. Really appreciated. I always love Costco!!”

“I just had a small sheet of plexiglass cut to a specific size with rounded corners and a couple of cutouts on 2 of the corners. Worked with Pete, nice guy, funny, but more important quick, accurate, and a very fair price. I would highly recommend them for plexi and plastic sheeting work. They also had some amazing products on display that they have built in their shop, beautiful work.”

I just love how their lanes are big and wide so you can freely browse and stock up your cart on needed items and items that you might not need. It's a win if I can get out of Costco for under $100. “We all know Costco and how it works. Today I was greeted by Ash with a warm welcome and a smile. During my shopping I thought about how kind Ash was and genuinely happy she was to greet people entering Costco. To my surprise as I was leaving the store there was Ash checking receipts. While I waited my turn it was good to see she was kind to everyone she came in contact with. Always a smile on her face and she looks at people when they step up and offer the receipt, she checks it and looks up for a kind exit greeting. As a business owner, she is the one I'd want working with me. Keep up the good work Ash it is appreciated. Ash is one I'll be looking for when I come in to shop at this Costco. I believe in the savings Costco provides, but it's the staff that can make a real difference. Ash is one of those who make that difference.”

“I was in this Costco this evening. I have to compliment an assistant to a checker. She was so pleasant from the time we pulled our cart up until we paid. She asked if we needed boxes and pulled them for us, she efficiently arranged our stuff in them, being engaged with our purchases from begging to the time we paid. I think her checker was Armando, who was pleasant and engaging also. I want to thank Bre for a helpful and pleasant experience in what can be hectic and in what can be a madhouse at times!!
